This office is great! They are always friendly, efficient and very professional. Whenever we call they seem to know us like we are their only client. We have all of our insurance through Vicki Brasel. They review our policies with us periodically and make suggestions for better protection and less money. They really do have your best interest at heart!

Been with Vickis Farm for about 30 years. She insures our vehicles, home, and jewelry with top notch customer service. We are granted numerous discounts because we, among other things, are multiple policy holders, long time customers, and have had zero claims. Service requests from us have always been treated with professionalism and promptness to the point that it appears as if Vickis employees really love their jobs and are paid quite well.

State farm (this location) was my first car insurance company and Ive been with them ten years now. Over the years friends have suggested other companies, but my experience with SF has been so overwhelmingly positive, supportive, and helpful that I cant bear to leave. I move around a lot, and every time I relocate figuring out my car insurance is the easiest thing in the world. They have all my information easily accessible every time. I can wind up in a new state with a new car and have my card emailed to me directly after a very easy five minute conversation. Im not sure exactly what it is about SF but its always just felt like a friend that charges me $50 to have my back each month.

Great customer service and quick response time if you have to leave a message. Knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Vicki and her team not only take care of their customers but they are very active in our community, whether it be providing lunches to the health care professionals during the pandemic, to participating in community service projects. Horrible customer service. Never in my life have we been treated so poorly. From threatening letters about our policy, to harrassment while our home was unlivable from storm damage. Now, they pull money from my account which was UNAUTHORIZED. I have spoke to Vicki 1 time in the years I have been with this office. Randy was absolutely no help while I sat trying to figure out how to replace my stolen funds. 830 am - 330 pm on my birthday none the less to have him say sorry bout ya. Absolutely would NOT reccomend this office to anyone.
