Very friendly, texted me about an hour before appointment time to make sure we were still good for the time. Quickly made the repair, the price was reasonable, and he assured me that if we had any problems, to call him and he would take care of it.

Forty-seven minutes from the time I called, I was fixed and he was heading back out to his truck. Exceptional service, professional and friendly. I recognize I was a bit lucky on my timing as he was between appointments but I could could not be more pleased. I highly recommend and will most certainly use again.

Fridge went out so I called. Guy gave me a diagnosis over the phone with 2 possibilities. He went and got parts and was at my door in 40 mins. Turned out to be the cheaper of the two problems. Was fixed in 20 minutes. Great service. Very helpful.

Kevin was on time but my son wasnt home, so he came back 45 min later. Fixed my disposal and then diagnosed my dishwasher problem and agreed I should just replace it. $80 seems fair to me.

Very rude. Made me feel bad for requesting an estimate. Never told me up front that he would charge me $40 to tell me whats wrong with my dryer. Worked for 5 min then left to grab the part I needed. Part was $35 but it would cost me $100 to have him spend 10 min putting it on. Did not hire him.

Called and set time to look at dishwasher . Never showed up and never called ! Called them back, no answer either time left messages still havent heard from them SAD ! Do not recommend .

The repair man came when he said he was. I was in the back of the house and didnt hear him knock so instead of just leaving he waited for 5 mins and called to let me know he was here. He was very clean and professional looking. The part i liked the most is his honesty. Were less than a month away from Christmas and I have 2 year old twins and he straight told me it would be cheaper to get a used one. I know this isnt the best move for a buisness and most companies would make you sink more into something than what it is worth. Well in the long run he saved us 350 dollars which will help make it a better Christmas. Thank you for straight forward honesty and Ill will call again anytime something acts up in my house.
