They had to fix a total screw up job done by another tint place. Dont waste your time and money going somewhere else. This place is the best in service, quality, and care.

This was my 5th time with Tint Masters and I am just as satisfied now as the first 4 times. The quality of work and the product is impeccable. But the customer service sets this place above all others. Chris and Mrs Reby are good down to earth folk that you can trust with whatever service you need done. Are there cheaper options elsewhere? Yes. But if Great service, quality, and someone that will back their work is what you want, Tint Masters is it.

My tint was messed up after three months of getting it done. I tried to use insurance they provided and was gave the run around for months. On top of that they tried to charge me 100 dollars to replace highly dont recommend.

Great customer service and awesome work quality. Had them do the window tint, roof wrap, and stripes on my Mini. Tint was a little more expensive than other places but well worth it for the quality of work done. And they stand behind their work unlike many cheaper places. 100% will use again.

Terrible booking and customer service. They were scheduled to tint my house at 3 pm. So, I took off from work to be there. I was told at 2:30 that they would be 30 - 45 minutes late, which was fine. However, when they got here the man completing the service said he wasnt prepared to do that many windows and he had a bigger job that he needed to do at 5 pm. So, he wasnt sure if he would be able to finish. He called Brittney to inform her that she told him the wrong amount of windows, even though we sent her a PHOTO (included) and received a quote for 4 double hung windows (didnt know what that meant until today) and a door. Evidently when we asked her for a quote she either didnt have the same definition of a double hung window as her installer or refused to believe that we wanted all four of our windows tinted. The worst part is instead of having her installer stay here and do the job until it was finish she asked him to ask me if he can just do two of the double hungs (1 window) and come back at a later day (So im supposed to take off from work again because of your booking mistake). I then had to reach out to Brittney to see if the situation could be remedied in a better fashion (since im already out of work for one day, and expected to be out another), however, she couldnt give me another quote without Tim.All this after having two of our vehicles tinted with them...Very Disappointed!!!

I got tint done on three vehicles at this fine establishment and they have always taken care of me. Some vehicles have these areas of dots on their windshields and rear and it seems like other places have a hard time NOT leaving bubbles in this area. This place takes care of that no problem. I arrived at Tint Masters and was greeted by Brittany. I wish all establishments that I deal with had her demeanor. She was friendly, upbeat and informative. The technician came outside to answer additional questions and also was friendly and professional. I asked how long the job would take and they said between 1- 1 1/2 hours but would probably be done sooner than that. My vehicle was finished in about 45 mins. The rear glass looked amazing. The work is top notch. I appreciated how I was treated and with the work that was done. I highly recommend Tint Master in Evans.

Had front windows tinted and after drying period noticed a flaw in the tint. Return to have them take a look. Removed the tint and redid the window without hesitation. Very professional and their only concern was customer satisfaction. Great job... highly recommend !! Already had a second vehicle done without any issues.

I had a scheduled appointment for my vehicle. When I arrived 10 minutes early, they were waiting on me and immediately took my vehicle back. Tinted my taillights. Did a great job in a timely manner. Just a little on the pricey side but quality isnt cheap.

I had tint completed about a month ago. There were few minor errors in the tints that didnt go away after a month of drying period. However, I called and let the owner know of the issue. He accommodated me at my schedule eve though they have a very busy schedule as I explained to him that I could only come in on Saturdays. During fixing of the tint, he called me in the back asking for me to take a look at the tint and see if Im happy with all the windows. I showed him two areas, and he said he will get them taken care of. Overall, the experience and customer service was great. And, as far as the tint goes, it looks awesome.

This is a very late post, As it slipped my mind to do my review. But I gotta tell you that these guys are awesome. I went in there on June 13, 2016, right before they closed (I didnt realize they was about to close though) to have my windows tinted on my Black Camaro. And these guys went the extra mile to stay and tint my car windows. They couldve asked me to come back the next day, But they didnt even think about it. They just started working on my car. And theyre very good at thier jobs. They went over everything they was doing step by step with me. I asked all the questions I could think of and they answered every one with no hesitation. Thier prices are awesome and its a very clean and well maintained environment. The staff has excellent customer service and I would definitely send anyone to them with no hesitation. I called Tint Masters and made an appointment to get my truck windows tinted. I left work on the day of my appointment and drove 30 mins to their shop. I mentioned to the girl up front that I was particular about work being done on my vehicle and just wanted the best job possible. The owner, Jay, came out and berated me about coming into his shop and saying I was particular, then refused to do the agreed upon work. This shop will call you arrogant if you are particular and desire quality work. Very unprofessional and discurteous. I went to Dark Side and they were the exact opposite and did a great job.

Guy who did my window tint used so much water or some kind liquid and it all got on my leather door and created water marks inside my upholstery were both of the different leather meets. 6 weeks have past and the water still in there.
