Labor Finders is a great place to find a job but me to work the next day rob and Natasha were amazing thanx labor finders

We put people to work that are actually willing to go to work and have a good attitude/work ethic. If you get complaints on a job that you are sent out on and/or have to be replaced before the job ends, the chances of you going right back out for an immediate assignment are pretty slim. An employee also has to show up for dispatch at 6AM in order to be eligible to be sent out to work. Coming in and puting in an application only gets your name in the system, you have to physically show up in order to be sent out.

Do not work with this company.This company takes advantage of unskilled, inexperienced, perhaps desperate laborers, especially the youth. Their employees have no guarantee of steady work, are overworked, and operate under unsafe conditions, all for slightly above minimum wage.Whats worse is that they tell their guys to show up at 6am sharp but do not pay them for their time until they go to a job site. Thats bad business practice.My sons friend recently got called in only to show up and be told he wasnt needed anymore. Its a one hour round trip for him. Gas and time wasted. Rob, the manager, simply shrugged it off and said, Oh well.Apparently, no one knows Robs last name which means he knows he is doing illegal/shady stuff. No accountability or employee appreciation.. This is not the type of business anyone should support, especially when there are plenty of alternatives (i.e MAU and Augusta Staffing). They dont even properly screen their employees so who knows who theyre sending to job sites.All together, I would say avoid like the plague, unless youre truly out of options. Rob is unprofessional, smug, and arrogant from what Ive seen and heard. He wont be getting my business ever.
