We are doing a lot of renovating around the house and also improving our yard. I depend on Lowe’s for most of the items I need to do so, and they are reliable. I also enjoy going to Lowe’s and checking out the potted plants they have marked down, as well as returned paint! Amazing prices!

Very pleasant, I got help right away and they were so friendly. I got so much attention. This has never happened before. In and out, but got what I needed. Very knowledgeable all of them. Alert, positive.....

I don’t know if it’s this “Lows” or corporate, but it is a nightmare getting a refrigerator delivered.We ordered a refrigerator once and it was not delivered on the dates they promised - twice! They didn’t even tell us until we called when it didn’t arrived on the delivery date.And calling the store or customer service is a joke. Long wait times and nothing gets done.When the refrigerator was finally delivered, it was damaged.Ridiculous company.

Lowes home improvement in Evans, I would have to admit this store was great. The store is humongous. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They have electric carts for those physically unable to walk the store. The store is very clean. The patrons are extremely nice. And I enjoyed my shopping experience. I guess I picked a good time to go in, the check out lines were fast and easy. I went in for some bathroom accessories unfortunately there was not enough variety for me. But all in all the store is great.

You know youre an adult when you start getting excited inside home stores. Love THIS store. My go to for everything home related. And with military discount, always cheaper than on post for anything the PX would have.

Clean store, lots of space for maneuvering between aisles, and the staff was friendly. I was looking for an item marked in LW unit 3, which I had assumed was left wall, but it ended up being on an obscure end cap in the front of the store. However, it was one of those helpful employees that solved the mystery for me.

Sure hope no one needs an ambulance or fire truck. The lowes truck thinks their convenience is more important than to keep the road clear.

I purchased a grill that did not meet my expectations. The grill worked fine, just didn’t meet my grilling expectations. I spoke with the manager Alex Smith at the Evans Ga location. He exceeded my expectations. Not only did he refund my money after 30 days, but he arranged to have the item picked up. Alex Smith is a true asset to the Lowe’s Corporation!

Do all my home improvement shopping here. Just wish they had more plant flower options they have been out of colorful flowers the last few months so my planters out front look bare.

Giving them up for Home Depot! My fiance and I own a remodeling business and spend entirely too much time and money in these type of stores. Over the last 5 years, Lowes employees have gone down the tubes! No one is ever nice or pleasant, its almost as if we, the customers, are interrupting their day. Its a nightmare trying to return anything if you happen to have forgotten to put in your MyLowes account number and more than half the time theres a line to wait in as well. Across the street, at the other home improvement store, its a night and day difference! And this isnt at only one Lowes, its at all 3 of the Lowes stores in Augusta! Good luck if you choose to go here!!

Lowes is a good store and I LOVE my veterans discount on absolutely EVERYTHING that I buy. But, this location is always very busy and congested, making it a less favorable shopping experience and their prices are always higher than almost anywhere else. I often end up back at Home Depot just down the road after doing a little comparison shopping. I would buy more here if the prices were lower even with my Veterans discount. They shouldnt still be higher. Its very disappointing.

I buy alot of stuff for my job here, and Renee and the other staff in the lumber/pro desk side is exceptional. Always helpful and even though these are hard times and most people are rude asshats, they maintain thier paitience and keep a smile on thier face.

Lowe’s is my go to home improvement store.I was surprised to be panhandled in the Evans Store today. The man approached me and said that he knew me and quickly switched to asking for money. I apologize for not reporting it to management, hopefully someone else did.

Poor customer service!! We ordered over $5000.00 of materials to have a new fence installed. On the day of delivery the driver called but had the wrong address for the delivery. Each time I now call the store’s delivery desk someone either leaves me on hold for a long period of time and never return or immediately hangs up. All l was trying to do is confirm the delivery for today at the correct location since installation is scheduled for the following day! I will definitely take my business somewhere else in the future.

Still lousy service and over priced. I much prefer Ace Hardware and Home Depot.

We were only helped after walking up front - then ... we were told that the estimate had to be done on premises before we could be told a price. The estimate to install said unit (hot water heater) supposedly came to 1300 dollars including the $425 Hot water heater... not really sure how it costed that much for service but whatever. We went to Home Depot instead and ended up paying about 800 after taxes.

No assembly available for storage cabinets, delivery price ridiculous.

Their flooring department has the absolute worst customer service. I’ve been dealing with an install issue for over a year and they have never once notated our account, so every time I’ve called no one has any recollection of the previous calls. It’s absurd. I was promised a 20% refund for all of the issues but because it wasn’t noted, the manager I dealt with today was only willing to do 10%. Do NOT do business with them, they’ll just screw you over.

I can usually find what i am looking for here. They also offer military discounts for anyone who has an ID, so other people arent using the benefits with just a phone number.

Hard to find someone to help but I am giving 4 stars because when I finally found someone ( believe his name was Dwayne) he was very helpful. He helped me find the right isle and had info that was helpful to the job I was doing.

Usually, Im a frequent shopper here. No issuesMy washer died so Im trying to find a washer thats in stock somewhere. So I came to Lowes and found a washer I was considering. In the appliance department I asked the lowes teammember if they have it in stock. He responded with maybe. So I asked, how would I know for sure? He replied, well if you tell me youre going to buy it Ill go check in the back. If you dont tell me that youre for sure going to purchase it, Im just gonna tell you maybe.This is clearly unacceptable on so many levels of customer service. I didnt catch the younger lads name and I wish I had. Wont be coming back for a while and I ended up buying a completely new set from a competitor the next day. Good job Lowes.

I have been going to this Lowe’s for a long time and they are going downhill. I placed an order online for me to pick up and I had a question about it. I had a person answer the phone and said “customer service. Please hold.” Only to not return after 15 minutes and had the call drop. I then called again and nobody even answered. The automated system had me on hold for 10 more minutes and nobody even acknowledged it! I ended up just hanging up. I’m very irritated and if my order isn’t there when I come tomorrow to pick it up, I’m going to be irate. Don’t call it customer service if you don’t help the customers.

Customer service was awful. I asked someone for a price check and she acted like I had asked her to pick the building up. Cashier was unfriendly. We didnt get a greeting from her or have a good day. Nothing. She grunted because she had to get up off of her stool to scan my purchase.

My husband and I are building a pergola. Lumber is expensive, and VERY low quality. Sales associates are non-existent. Those who are available are willing to let the customer leave the store rather than open a new pallet of wood even though there were only 5 boards on the shelf . The cashiers cant count, so check your receipt.

The store actually deserves no stars. It is not a single time that I go in the store and nobody will take the time to provide assistance. I surely wouldnt need assistance if the website locator tool was accurate. Of course, it isnt and the items are never on the aisle provided. I am overly shocked how they could still be in business.

Purchased two appliances in May 2021, now Im told I may receive the items in September. The shortage wasnt mentioned when purchased and due to some measurements on their part they tried to sell me a much more expensive appliance. I tried calling corporate, I even have a case number, I have heard nothing. This is my first experience with Lowes, never again. Wish I could give less stars.

Ordered a countertop online for in-store pickup. Ended up waiting for ~2 hours while they looked for it. Customer service appeared highly disorganized and understaffed. Would recommend avoiding this store if possible.

Went there in person and the customer service center associate was rude, she kept taking other phone calls in front of me but kept me standing there. They couldn’t figure out how to use their own phones. They were unapologetic and totally lacking in training. Will be taking my business elsewhere

My single, most common compaint is the online inventory reporting is often wrong. Easily half of my visits reveal the 8 in stock, aisle X, bay Y was website fiction - associates who try to help cant locate any or say they havent seen any in weeks. Cmon, stock/inventory management is a 20th century skill...

It is my first time experience of shopping at Lowe’s in Evans, GA, and I feel so blessed with the gentleman who helped me today. The senior gentleman at gardening department who helped me today was very nice and treated me very well. It was around 12pm to 1pm which was the hottest time from whole day. He helped me to choose the right mulch for my gardening and took care everything professionally. I am so sorry for not asking his name, so I can mention on my comment to share everyone. It was a great experience of receiving best service at Lowe’s. I wish to see the gentleman again and say thank to him made me feeling so special and welcomed.

Had to pick up another bottle of home defense to spray the outside of the house. If you have any kind of bugs in your home and you want to get rid of them go find this home defense best thing ever save you a whole lot of money from paying $200 for them to come spray your house.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered washing machine online in July. Said it was in stock and they would have it delivered in 2 weeks. Well, 4 months later and 6 emails changing the date of delivery, I get a washer that has a huge dent on side and scratches all over front. I didnt notice before they left because the dent is against wall and scratches are thin, down to metal and didnt catch my eye until I bent down to pick up something. Called them to let them know and was put on hold for 45 minutes, then hung up on. Called back, nobody answers online department. Nobody answers delivery phone. Asked to speak to manager and nobody picked up. Called back and asked for manager and was hung up on. Called corporate, they said they would have the manager contact me within 24 hrs. Gave them 48 hours and no call. Called corporate back, said manager never responded on their end either, so told me they would have them contact me in 24 hours. Delivery manager calls on 4th day and says sending someone out Saturday (today). The service guy calls me once, and I happen to see I have a missed call. Call him back, and he tells me I didnt answer phone so he isnt coming and they will reschedule. I specifically told delivery manager I would be home all day since he didnt have a time frame to give me. Called corporate, said nothing they can do, and to just return product. Really? Nothing they can do. So I waited 4 months for a damaged product and given the run around for a week to be told that they cant do anything. I will tell everyone I know, and then some to avoid Lowes at all costs.

This is the worst Lowe’s with the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, I purchased this pressure less than 3 months ago spending over $1000 on it and it falls apart, just for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it…not to mention the lady that was helping me said they didn’t ever carry it..when I just got done staring at it…..I will never give them my business ever…Home Depot is way better!

My man friend called at 930 am to let them know we were heading there from an hour away to pick up a new lawn mower. We got there, they can’t find the mower that we were told was in the back. They can’t find the key to the one they picked from the display models in front, no gas available anywhere to see if it cranks when they finally found the key, and the owner’s manual had to be printed off the computer . Horrible experience!! Currently melting in the hot sun in the parking lot while they try to sort this out.Poor poor management.

Lowes is a good place to shop they have a variety of things for home improvement and construction needs of all types. The store has credit line options available. They have self check out which is always nice. My only concern is that some of the employees on the floor are a little too helpful if that makes sense. Its best if you know exactly what youre needing before you go, they get super busy at times and the store is huge so, it only makes sense.

Cabinet hardware section .... Hinges was a f..n mess all bins are mixed up . I spent 30 min trying to get 8 matching hinges and only found 6. My time is money just like your products. Someone need to take pride in their dept an a manger need to do a walk thru .

Making this review because it cost me an extra $150. Bought this Craftsman pressure washer that was returned due to a pump failure, the pressure washer was fixed and sold at 50% off. A steal! Get to the car and find out the handle is missing for the washer. I go back inside and bring it up to customer support who said they do not provide handles, so I return it. Bummer. I buy a $320 of equivalent power and take it home. Out of curiosity, I google how much handles cost, etc; decide to contact support online and they state that they are supposed to provide the handles as its an initial purchase and part of the out of box product regardless. By this time, the store has closed, and I must wait to the next day.Well today, I go to the store after work and they state they returned it to the manufacturer and lo and behold, all the employees now concur that it is supposed to come with a handle. So, I paid $320 for something that I did not have to? They should have allowed me to purchase the same one for this price as they gave me the run around and were not tracking their own policies. I will not be using Lowes any more in the future unless they can fix this issue. I would be willing to drive back a 3rd time to get this worked out and would change my review to 5 stars as the employees today were genuinely friendly and outgoing but we will see if I get a reply on the situation. To help, check the receipt time stamps, see who was working then and educate them on the policies in place.I literally had it no less than 10 minutes and they sent it to the vendor.

Ordered a washing machine on-line. Told it would be delivered between 9AM and 1PM two days later. Tracked delivery until 3 PM on delivery day when I contacted the delivery folk for an ETA. Then suddenly my order disappeared and was told I was scheduled the next day even though I had an email for that day. Delivery folk said Lowes didnt put it on the truck. Lowes blamed the delivery company for not picking it up. I lost a day waiting for ... nothing. Then received runaround from Lowes and the delivery company where they blamed each other... and I still didnt have a washer. Washer was delivered next morning at 7:30AM, before I could cancel the sale (Tried to do it the night before)-- even though they had rescheduled me between 0845-1345. BTW, Lowes knocked 10% off the price, nut I still lost a day while my kids were home for the Holidays. Id rather have the time back.

Got in got out! Quick trip used store map found what I needed quickly and cashier was fast and friendly.

Had a few issues. However after speaking with Valon Gregory. The executive customer service person. All was made right. And thanks to Valon for all she did to get things rolling and resolved an ongoing issue which had drug on for 4 months. And in just ome or two days mrs Valon Gregory had the situation resolved.

Ordered a dishwasher from those store. It took two weeks and they sent a professional plumber called Caputo Plumbing to install it. I couldve done a better job. Two days later the mounts on the dishwasher broke of and it wouldnt close

I had a refrigerator and stove delivered. Tavares and Clonnie (probably spelled incorrectly )were the delivery guys, they were very professional and really took care not to damage walls or floors as they were coming in with the appliances. They were very friendly and easy going guys. Thanks guys.

Friendly excellent paint matching

I have been going to this store for many years but as of late the service has turned absolutely terrible, primarily on the phone. I am not exaggerating when I say that I tried to reach someone to check on an order for over an hour one day last week, on about 10 different phone calls. I tried to get customer service (to which there is no direct button to press), and even tried to get random departments to answer like appliances, lawn and garden, and flooring. I mysteriously get disconnected several times while holding. On the few times I was able to get the service desk I was put into a loop of holding about 10 times without even checking back with me. I became so frustrated that on the last few times I was able to get a live person on the phone I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager never came to the phone and I ended up in a hold loop again. What kind of poor service is that? Even asking to speak to the manager about a complaint yielded no one. I guess my time waiting AND no one to help on the phone in the random departments I tried calling is of no concern to the management of this location. I also placed a lumber order online and planned to rent the truck to take it home. The website advertises rental truck, but I guess this market does not participate. Waste of my time, a mistake I will not make again. I will not be shopping at the Evans GA location again. There is a HD right across the street.

What can I say about this location other than it holds up to its reputation of being a great store and location they have fair prices and enough registers open to where you dont have to stand in line forever just to check out you can find anything you need for any type of home improvement and if you cant there will be an employee within 15 ft to help you I really like this location because its cleaned and stocked every time I go its not too overly crowded because the stores big enough to withstand the amount of people going at any given time the employees are nice and seem like they enjoy their job so they must be getting paid good if you need any type of hardware or home improvement type stuff I recommend this store and location if you enjoy reading my reviews please hit like and share thank you very much

Always clean and neat and good selection NORMALLY, but since covid (and actually a little before) it seems like these big box places domt hire nor keep on schedule enough ppl to help you when you need it and can be a real time killer. Prices are decent amd occasionally find a good sale. Guess I just remember when they had someome or 2 in each dept. to help you figure out and find what you needed.

Service was good for the most part. Wasnt greeted when I saw an employee, although when I did as for help I got it and the employee went above and beyond. Although the cashier could have been nicer, other then that the whole experience was nice.
