I definitely think that they are 100% better than FedEx. At least they knocked at the door. They are pleasant to deal with. They know their businesses they never Iost or had to wait for along time or lost any package like their compaction does.

I had packages delivered yesterday that were left on my door but today they seemed incapable of delivering and leaving it at the door. The customer service representative when I called to have it re delivered was not helpful and the local pick up place is closed again.. I wish I could give UPS Zero stars.

I am a big fan of UPS and the fine work they do, they have always been very friendly, knowledgeable. They take care of the goods double quick too.

With huge post office lines, this was a great place to go. HOWEVER this picture is NOT the UPS shipping customer center. It is an industrial building lined with trucks.

Good service. Lousy hours...11am to noon, 4:30 to 5:30. Frustrating if you somehow dont know the hours and you have to drive down twice.

Heck, for a place as popular as UPS Central Warehouse, here in Eureka, CA; why then dont they even open till 11 am? Heck, UPS generally tries to bend over backwards to actually make their deliveries, but this location seems to be taking a holiday, rather than living up to UPSs higher standards in doing so (I worked at such a Warehouse in North Palm Springs, CA every Xmas season with my partner for several years, repeatedly, loved working there & I recently contacted them & they (unlike this Warehouse) are still keeping their open to the public hours of 7 am- 8pm Monday-Saturday, the manager, Randy, asked if I was coming back, had to tell him Id relocated to Eureka, CA & was now in a wheelchair & retired! He too couldnt understand how it why our local Warehouse, had such diminished hours! Even called the backline number to talk to their manager for me & was baffled, because it went straight to voicemail, lol

I order packages weekly. I live in a area they wont leave if I am not home. The majority of the time I need to pick up from the office. They are always really helpful and nice, even when I rush in there at 8:30pm as theyre closing. Ive never got a poor attitude once. Theres usually the same man with glasses in their at night. Ive tried to tip them for the hassle of going to my house over and over and not being able to leave it and they wouldnt accept it and said its just their job. They know me now and could easily be annoyed with the fact I could call in ahead and have it held, but instead always act very pleasantly. No package has ever been lost or even damaged in the last 3 years. Truck drivers coming in for the night also have made small talk or exchanged a joke on occasion. Great location and staff. Fun atmosphere

Stopped by after 6 p.m. on the way home from work, after a package could not be delivered at home for the 2nd day in a row (required signature). The office manager asked for address, and ID, went in the back and came back within seconds - with my package. Great experience!

The UPS counter guys are great! They always go out of their way to help us get our packages.

Wasnt any help to the issue I was having with a return thru ups.

I had the BEST experience with this center. They went above & beyond to help me try to locate packages. Rent the Runway tried saying I didnt return my dresses to them that I had in fact put in a UPS drop box as instructed. Because of this they just took $376 out of my account without authorization or any notice. All the RtR reps blamed UPS saying they dont keep good track. When I called this center for help, I got nothing but the best treatment. Everyone was beyond nice & helpful. The manager Kathy personally talked to me about the situation & another employee Lindsey was so on top of it, they helped me get the information I needed to dispute the charges & they were forced to refund my money. These employees spent a lot of time & effort to help me & I can not thank them enough. The world needs more people like this in customer service! You guys are amazing, THANK YOU!

We ordered tires and the driver decided to leave them in front of our gate down by the main road unpackaged. We are very lucky they werent stolen. My husband got home just in time to see a couple of guys eyeballing them. Youd think the driver would know better considering we live in Humboldt county.

Just a ups drop off place, they close for lunch, sometimes thats the only time u can get in there at lunch, so its kind of inconvenient to have to come back, it cost me 17.00 to mail my box, they make me do all the work, filling out to and from on their computer, that too takes time while their guy stands there whistling. Meh. At least I get a tracking number sent to my email!

Very helpful and kind people with a positive attitude work at this facility.They are open at 10am and close at 8:30pm, but keep in mind the office is closed from 1-3pm for lunch. Morning and afternoon 3-5:30 regular send/pick up but 6-8:30pm is for pick up packages ONLY.

Worst experience of my life shipping a package. I will never use UPS again! If there were an options for negative stars they would get a negative 5 stars!

Google Maps is Wrong! Drove around for 45 min trying to find the place. Google maps sent me to the wrong place. Its on Clark & Koster. Around the corner from the welfare office. The clerk was incredibly nice & very helpful. Although they dont sell any boxes or packaging materials.

I am very unhappy with the service. A package that I ordered was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Yesterday I called them wondering the status of my package. She did the necessary questions of name and tracking informaion. She asked for my number and said she would call me when she finds out which truck had my package. She never called me back. My package has been out for delivery for 3 days now and I still havent recieved my package. I called back the next day and she said its out for delivery, and it will be there at the end of the day. I asked her what time and she responds, you are one of the last stops. I am very unhappy with their service. I will never mail anything through their company unless I have to!

Again and again, the carrier left notes on my door telling me to pick up my package here or an UPS access point. But the following day, they would attempt delivery again. I was sent on a wild gooae chase for a week. It took two angry phone calls to end that.

Called for help locating a package and was quickly given an answer from a friendly staff member. Customer service here is on point.

Very unhappy with their service a few days ago I was suppost to get an iPhone 6 plus from sprint I waited all day Around 8 pm I track the package and it said it was delivered at 12:13 pm that is a lie because at that time I was sitting in my living room I did not hear no one nocking. How unprofessional to just leave a package in the front door without nocking when I call them the next morning they say they left it there because it was a secure area and is not since I live around a lot of apartments. So someone stole my package. Even the USPS no ks on my door. Do not use their service.

Didnt recognize my address, where I have already received other packages. So, they delivered my package to an address I havent lived at in 6 months. Worst service ever.

Every time I stop by there they are closed. I switched to FedEx

I dont understand why a delivery service does not run on Saturday. For that I avoid UPS at all costs up here. You can have a package sit in a truck from Friday to Monday for nothing.
