I wish you can give negative stars!! I inadvertently had a single digit typo on my shipping address. OnTrac keeps stating that the package was delivered to the original shipping address even though I keep telling them that address does not exist on our dead end street!! Ive asked several times where the package was delivered so I can follow up but they keep giving me the same response. I know almost everyone on our street so I believe it was not delivered and the driver drove on! Ive had so many issues with this company...ridiculous! Now Im out the money and the package contents!

THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!You paid for express shipping? Delayed! You paid for overnight? Delayed! Seriously, retailers need to stop using OnTrac! This company is TERRIBLE. Any time I order something online and I see that its shipped through OnTrac I literally gasp and realize my package is going to be late. Its incredibly unfortunate having to call retailers and get refunds for expressing shipping that doesnt come through because OnTrac is HORRIBLE!

Should have a zero star choice available. OnTrac is absolutely the worst and I always request that they not be used if ordering anything. They are always late, they even sometimes hold onto packages overnight and still scan them to say delivered and then bring them the next day, and a lot of the drivers just toss packages onto porches without any care. My last three blue apron orders went through OnTrac and were supposed to be delivered on Friday, and all three have been held by them and delivered on Monday so all the food has been ruined everytime. Also, I believe if they cant deliver the food by next day, they are supposed to return it to the source. But no, they drop it off 3 days late. Absolutely nothing against Blue Apron, I understand they use whatever shipping method is fastest for whatever area, but I called Blue Apron to let them know what was going on with our local OnTrac and that I wanted to use a different shipping company entirely so I got switched to Saturday delivery when OnTrac isnt delivering so it will be FedEx. Excellent customer service with Blue Apron, but be warned, OnTrac is completely unreliable!

Got a email saying my package was delivered it was not. Checked my security camera saw the driver slow down and just drive away. I tried getting in contact with them only to get the run around, saying it was delivered so i sent them the camera footage only to be told they lost it. If you order anything make sure to tell then never use ontrac these guys are a joke and will steal you stuff

I ordered a package in early November, it shipped out November 18th that package couldnt be delivered because they didnt have an apartment number... well this building has no apartments, it is just one address. I called when they were holding my package and they assured me that they would do all they could to have it redelivered... That sure didnt happen. They sent it back to the shipper. I then had to call the shipped and they were very nice and reissued the package. Fast forward to now, December 17th (basically a month later) and I am in the same loop with OnTrac. I think their local drivers are lazy and if they have to think at all for themself they just dont. Maybe Ill get my package in 2020 but it looks SLIM!

Never fails.... they are OnTrac for being late!For whatever reason bath and bodyworks keeps shipping with this company and both times now my order has been late. This time specifically my order has sat in reno for 6 days and now 4 days late. The company is a mess. How could you guys still be in buisness with such horrible dependability and such horrible ratings. I dont get it.

If at all possible, always request a different carrier, these people DO NOT care about delivery times or schedules! All they care about is the money they get from the contracts they have with the large retailers!!! I would love to see Home Depot quit using these idiots for deliveries among others!!! Worthless shipping company that you cant trust!

Not reliable. My purchase has been sitting 200 miles south for 4 days after being shipped and transferred. Lousy dependability! I hope you go out of Business.

Undoubtedly the worst. If Ontrac is delivering you should add at least a day and if the delivery is on Friday you wont get it until maybe Monday, if youre lucky. Not sure if the problems are here in Eureka or just the whole system. But their rating is one star with over 1200 ratings so its probably company wide. I will stop ordering if Ontrac is the delivery option.

Update said delivered...NOT...note on ontrac says look in bushes near home, or canvas neighbors....dont use this service.

The past three orders they have delivered have been at least two days late. They were all supposed to be next day shipping. The last order I made never showed up and I called the ontrac and they told me they forgot to pick it up from the company I ordered it from.
