Everyone I’ve talked to at this facility has been rude, unprofessional and often provide incorrect information. It’s really unfortunate as this service is really needed in the community.

A great asset to families of Humboldt County, full of valuable resources from assistance paying for and finding child care to help finding benefits and childrens mental health services. Best place to work too!

I am blocked from sources of information. They refuse to assist you in an informed and timely manner. They close lists without informing public. This information should be made public through the newspapers and the Journal.
