They were on time and very professional.y price actually came in a little lower than than quote which was a great surprise. They were respectful of my home and time. My couches and chairs look amazing.

Ryan, the owner, was quick to respond to my SOS phone call asking for my family homes carpets to be cleaned. I was able to schedule an afternoon cleaning within a couple of days. The carpets look and feel amazing (its like we have a new house!) at a fair value.

I have an elderly cat with poor bladder control, and after several incidents I really needed my couch and chair cleaned. Natures Miracle alone just wasnt doing the trick. Ryan came out the same day I called, even though he had to squeeze me in to do so. He is a great guy - pleasant and professional, and his rates are very reasonable. He did a wonderful job with my couch and chair, and even cleaned my area rug at the same time, saving me the cost of an additional service charge. All looked beautiful. Because I had already used an odor reducing enzyme, we decided not to add it again as it might have damaged the upholstery. Unfortunately, the smell didnt go away completely, so I called Ryan to see if he could come out again and apply it this time. Even though it was my decision not to use it the first time, Ryan didnt charge me for the additional application or service call.If you want great service, done right and at a reasonable rate, dont hesitate to call Ryan at Redwood (Pace) Chem-Dry.

Ryan arrived when expected, gave me an accurate price for the square footage, and got right to work. So professional and considerate! He even had to work around the needs of a tenant by cleaning his room first. Cleaning included even areas with a bed in the way which Ryan moved to one side and back again. I have never used ChemDry before and was so pleased compared to the companies that soak your rugs with water so it takes hours or even days to dry. The product was safe with a pleasant citrus scent. Really tough stains were all removed. I couldnt be more pleased!

Redwood Chemdry is the ONLY place that we use for quality cleaning. I love that when Ryan is done with his superb work that the house almost looks brand new. It’s amazing what a cleaning can do, especially when it is done by a true professional. Highly recommend.

It has been 4 months since I had my carpets cleaned by Redwood Chem Dry. They were quick to get me a quote. They were punctual, and quick with the work. The carpets were dry by the next morning. To this day my carpet and furniture look awesome. I will definitely use them again.

Ive worked with Ryan for years as hes great. I had a crisis with my dog losing control of his bowels and Ryan came that same day fitting me in between other appointments. He returned this white area rug and it was perfect. This is just one example of many.

Ive used Ryan and Redwood Chem-Dry 2x now. The first time I was moving out of a small place and the previous company I had hired to clean the carpets made virtually no difference. Ryan came in and for less time and less money made the carpet look like new again. Very impressed with the customer service, short work and drying time, and reasonable prices. It’s fair priced, and fast service. They get in, get to work, get it done, and get out. The carpet looks great when finished, and it’s virtually dry in only a couple hours. Chem dry is hands down better than any steam based cleaning. I recommend them highly.

Ryan, the new owner of Redwood chem-dry, is very service-oriented. He called me before the scheduled date to confirm and get directions (I thought I would have to call him), and when he realized he would be late he called to let me know. He explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer questions in a friendly way. He has been at this for 14 years, and seems dedicated. I appreciate that the products he uses on the carpets are not toxic, though they are effective at cleaning; all stains were removed! I was quite satisfied with how the carpet looked afterward (and this is a 33-year-old carpet), and will contact Ryan again next time.

We have been getting our carpets cleaned by them for over 10 years and in multiple houses. We are always impressed by how clean everything turns out and how quickly they are able to get the job done.

Friends who have used this service recommenended them and I can see why. Owner-operated and Ryan is great. Friendly and very good at this. Really appreciate the service. The only problem I had is that the name of this business is changing to from Paces to Redwood Chem Dry which was a little confusing when I was trying to find them.
