Courteous and accommodating staff that worked with me to squeeze my car in and work around my schedule. Also made some excellent recommendations for what would look best on my car and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out.

I have gotten work on several vehicles here... both window tinting and windshield rain-guard strips. The work here is always professional, the service is excellent and it’s a locally owned, family owned business. I can, and do, highly recommend it ! Pride of ownership and absolute compassion for their customers is always very apparent.

Daman and Josh did a professional job on my 2016 Tesla S 90D. They applied SunTek PPF Ultra to the entire front, and went over the car with Poly Guard paint sealant. Looks new ... maybe even better! Competent and friendly folk to work with.

They did a great job getting chemical smell out of my truck. Also they are very knowledgeable about cars and what to do to keep it looking good. They took the time to explain how the ozone works. I will be back when I need detailing. Thanks!

My truck looks just as clean as the day I drove it off the lot!

I brought my new truck in to get all the windows tinted and I was dissatisfied with the service. The back windows which were pitch black were done well but unfortunately the front two windows which were 50% tinted were done very poorly. After the film had cured I requested that they be redone to take care of all of the air bubbles and dust that was underneath the film. After rearranging my schedule for the second time I brought in my truck dropped it off and was disappointed again when I picked it up and found out that they only fixed one window not two. Now I am supposed to rearrange my schedule again to bring the truck in for a third time to fix a problem. Also the strip across the front windshield was not done the way that I had requested, the lines didnt match up and the job looked poor.An upside however to American Auto Detail is that the customer service was okay. When dealing and speaking with the owner and his employees their professionalism and friendliness was top level. However it would be nice if their quality of work could be up to par with their professional attitude. All in all I am disappointed.

The guy totally spaced my appointment. Id gone to some trouble to tidy my car and make arrangements. By the time I phoned to remind him, there wasnt enough time to do the job. He was apologetic, but still...my car didnt get done.

I called and asked about the Uhaul rentals. The moment the dude answered the phone, he was annoyed and rude. I would only rent a Uhaul from here, if I desperately had nowhere else to go.
