I found the landscaping very nice and the security features, such as exterior lighting to create a feeling of safety. There are many nice people who live there. The noise insulation is minimal as verified by the county. It seems unreasonable to make dog owners have their pets relieve themselves in a small grass plotWhen there is a long walking path surrounding the complex. The complex is a mix of active adults and people who require much assistance. I didnt care for the resident managers unwillingness to treat tenants fairly.

Seemed like a nice place to get a rental apartment.
