Yes, this place exists. Yes they have services. But if youre a well put together person just trying to get some help during struggles and not a homeless bum, youre on your own.Pro tip, pee yourself before going in. Theyll take care of the veterans for once.

Each time Ive needed support from Vet Services, here in Eugene, I was impressed with the service I received from the representatives. I found nothing but friendly, helpful people that seemed both professional, and knowledgeable.

Biggest Joke ever of help ever!!! Over the last almost 10 years they have done nothing but screw up my paper work multiple people in the office cant say the same thing! Now after a 3 year appeal they fail to put in paper work for me that was do in 60 days after I went down to have them do it/help me 3 years and $30,000 or more lost in this process Thank for Nothing!!!! Oh and Im sure your gonna find a way to blame it on me like before and take responsibility for it!!! Stay away from them and find other help Ive been able to do more for myself then they have!

Great place to get a clear picture of services available to veterans no matter what branch of the service in which you were active. We made an appointment to be sure to get in and my husband received good advice regarding several health issues as well as ongoing services options.

They can only forward documents for you . they dont care to use,wont use, refuse to use and cant use the ebenefits website that they advertise all over the office,which is a great website.they cant help you with accidents that happened in the service which were not mass witnessed, not documented and placed in records. they cant help you if you were the only person respomsible at a accident even if you notified you supervisor and he didnt place it in your records either from neglgence or carelessness. they cant help you even if you were told that the job you were doing could have detrimental effects that wouldnt show uo for 15 to twenty years like damage from chemicals and exposure to microwave radiation.they cant help you if you were on secret missions by yourself with no witnesses.there motto should be what we cant and wont do for you. they couldnt even find my known ssn in there data base. they couldnt even file a i dont agree with this decision paper. they cant help me find new and proper evidence.they cant help me find proof that there was a massive chemical burn pit where i worked that is one of the worlds largest chemical weapons sites and is probably the biggest weapons chemical cleanup in the us. they cant tie in all the deadly chemicals burried near people, being destroyed out in the open and left here from ww2. they cant and wont help with all the mustard gas that was stored very near us and the list of what they cant do for us is longer than a hot day without water. there acronem should be vco, veterans cant office. i hope i never have to go there again.cant cant cant
