We purchased a house Pleasant Hill last summer and had a large, really gnarly dead tree, and have many other very tall trees on the lot. We needed to fell the dead tree and grind the stump and have large broken branches removed off a walnut tree on the back of the property.We got three bids. Brian and his crew recently hauled away 9 mountains of brush and limbs from our property left from the last 2 winter storms. This was no easy task and they did a great job. From their initial visit to access our situation to the final load of brush, we couldnt have been happier with them. They were on time, courteous, professional, extremely hard working, and efficient. They cleaned up every brush pile so well that its almost like they were never there in the first place. We were touched by their respect for the huge herd of deer who hang out in our field, driving their trucks slowly so as not to spook them. In an age when it seems people dont take much pride in their work, these folks are a breath of fresh air. We would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly.

I needed a tree removed that was between our house and our neighbors. It was tucked behind some rhododendrons and close to the house.They carefully removed it without damaging the plants or our yard, they ground the stump as well and it looks like the tree was never there.Outstanding job!Our neighbors were glad to see it gone too.

We have a third of an acre that was completely lined with shrubs, bushes, blackberries, decorative trees that we hated. We also had two willow trees and a maple tree that were ugly. We called A-1Rons and they came out to Harrisburg and we walked around the property and I explained that I wanted ALL of it gone with the exception of the willow trees which i wanted limbed and cleaned up. I received a quote the same evening that was lower than I expected. They showed up on time and followed all the instuctions and completed everything that we talked about in a shorter time frame than promised and on budget. How many different ways can I say - Awesome!!!I contacted them about removing multiple, there were at least 10-12, Arborvitaes plus two dying Birch trees. Brians quote was half of what another company had quoted me for the Arborvitaes alone so needless to say A-1 Rons got the job.Today was the designated day and they were on-time, actually a little earlier than I expected. In 4-hours everything was gone, chipped and hauled away. The only thing remaining was grinding the stumps and raking everything level. I was shocked, and very pleased, with how smoothly everything went and the extreme friendliness of everyone on the crew. They all did an amazing job!!!While I have no more trees that need removed, at least for now, there is no question in my mind who I will call next time I need help without question - A-1 Rons Tree Service. A-1 Ron’s tree and stump removal are absolutely amazing. Not only were their prices reasonable (hundreds less than other bids) but the quality of their work was phenomenal. They were on time and quick. Not only did they remove all the leaves on my lawn they even raked and removed the leaves from my elderly neighbors lawn. Wow! They went way above and beyond. Pros all the way. A-1 Rons came out to evaluate some tree work I needed do prior to other landscaping services, a couple of weeks ago.. They had bid quote emailed to me within a few hours. Price came in $250 less than the competition. Job list:- Remove birch tree.- Remove small leaning tree encroaching on fence and neighbors yard- Prune two plum trees and an elderberry tree.- Remove scraggly young plum tree coming up next to the main one- Remove 15ft tall 2.5 diameter base dead oak tree half cut down and left behind by a previous tree guy (who removed all the branches for safety reasons earlier this winter, but left the ugly large tree trunk just standing there lopped off at the top).Two weeks after I accepted A-1 Rons bid, A-1 Ron & crew shows up on scheduled day and time, well-equipped, and gets right to work. Efficient, quick tight group. No fuss, just got to it. They knew exactly what to do. Everything initially agreed was accomplished, perfectly, in two hours. All stumps ground down and debris removed. Great job, nice people. You couldnt ask for better service. They are the real deal.

I didn’t even hire them but my daughter and boyfriend got rudely woken up by them parking their 3 trucks in our driveway which then blocked my way out and didn’t even bother saying anything.If you’re going to use someone’s driveway to remove a bunch of overhang on the street then you should at least have the decency to ask them if you can park in their driveway or use it.

I cant even being to tell you how happy I am with their service! My yard and patio actually looks *better* than when they arrived! They took down the tree quickly, cleaned up all the branches, trimmed the bushes they nicked, blew the sawdust off my yard and patio and even stacked the wood neatly for me (I have a fireplace and wanted to keep the tree). They were on time, polite and very thorough. I would never even think of calling anyone else. Best of all their rates are very competitive!
