I called and asked if they had a berg ice unit for after knee surgery and if they had it in stock with the knee pad to purchase. I was told that it was in shock and could come get it that day. I live in Veneta and it is about a 25minute dive to come in so I wanted to be sure they had it before coming in. Once I got there the person I talked to on the phone went in the back for quite some time to return and tell me that they only had the cooling unit and the knee pad attachment I needed would have to be ordered and would take up to 6 days. I asked him why he told me it was there for me to come pick up and know if have I had to order the knee pad attachment. He said he thought they had it in and just didnt check till I got there.I explained that I dont live close and that is why I called ahead and asked if they had everything I needed. He said sorry I should have checked and then told me that they would still rent me the cooling unit without a way to use it for the next 6 days. I said no thank you I will take my business elsewhere. I would give negative stars if it were an option. They were terrible at customer service and could care less to try and fix a problem they created.

This place is small but packed with great help, a good variety of medical equipment and supplies. It’s our go-to center for any medical need. And the staff are extremely helpful and thorough.

It is unfortunate, but they are not equipped with everything that a person with a Disability would be needing,but again the Employees who are very helpful with Your needs and will try their best to accommodate You and give You the Best Options for Your Disability Needs and where to go and who to go through to find what You are needing and looking for, but even though they might be a smaller Medical Warehouse than some of the Others, I would really Appreciate that You will Please Give Them a Call or Go ahead and go See them and maybe what they might be able to do with the List of things that You are needing and then they will try their Very Best to explain to You if they are available through their Store or direct You where You be able to Procure Your Disability Needs Best, and the Employees are Very Helpful and Very Knowledgeable and I want to Thank You for All of Your Valuable Time,Help and Effort, The Very Best Regards,David Collier !!!!!!!!

Very helpful and honest information when calling in to ask about replacing a walker part. I had a lot of challenges calling shops around town for this particular walker brand and Gina on the phone was helpful with looking up the information, suggested constructive and affordable solutions, and just overall genuine with the service and costs they are able to provide. Will for sure visit the shop for any future needs!

Im young and recently disabled so its been hard for me to accept my need for medical equipment. I was very nervous to call and didnt even know what I really needed. Susanne was a tremendous help, doing all the leg work with contacting my Dr for the prescriptions and everything. She even took the time to describe the patterns on the canes to me over the phone bc I couldnt make it there for pick up. She really went above and beyond to help me and make me comfortable.

What a joke this place is, they have had my chair in for repairs 4 times under warranty and always had excuses that there is nothing wrong yet the chair has been doing the same thing for almost 8 months. I decided to go somewhere that has solutions and not excuses so my chair doesnt die in the middle of the street..

Just looked them up once again because I got a hernia! Ouch, but I know at All Med I will get the support I need :-)Been to them before for sprained ankles and wrists and a rotator cuff tear.They have a huge selection and lots of their stuff is made in the USA - not the junk they sell at the drug stores. Many times a well made support there is less expensive than a flimsy alternative sold at a drugstore chain!

Allmed fixed my power chairs right arm and right affer, as i was going down the sidewalk, the whole right arm fell off; I couldnt even get home..,, i swerved off into traffic. the Police had to pick me .I hhurt myself,,falling on the sidewalk.By thhe time I got homes,in pieces, I was frozen. They had to be called,to fix it at home, tried to charge me more cause they made a house call. WHY they said it was fixed,I have no idea.Go some where else.
