I was told when we set up service, both by the office and the driver, that there was no schedule for our area since they were out here all the time and if we called and gave them 2 days notice they would be here to drain the tank. I called on a Thursday morning and left a message, and with no response again on Friday morning. Finally received a call back and was told our route day was Wednesday! Our tank has been full for several days now. Since I cant hold it that long, I canceled service and went with Bucks. Far less expensive, and they answer their phones!

I hired Above All Sanitation to remove roots from my sewer line on my newly purchased home. There was a crack in the line five feet deep where roots had entered. Travis and his crew were very professional and took great care not to disturb the gas, water and the septic lines all in the direct area. I really appreciated the neat and tidy way they left the job site. I would definitely hire this company for any further work I might need.

One of their employees used their system to steal my personal information for her own personal gain. I wouldn’t be surprised if she does that all the time. I called and complained that this employee had done something that reckless and unprofessional and they NEVER did anything about it. She’s still gainfully employed. Your personal information is not safe with this company and they are going to do next to nothing to make sure they maintain high ethical standards and good business practices. Take your business to a company that will protect your information and uphold honest values!Edit: I don’t have the legal issues! It’s your employee’s legal case that I didn’t have anything at all to do with! I’ve never even met that woman! She used your company database to research, harvest and disseminate my information. Period. Take some accountability for your employee’s inappropriate use of your property.

These people admittedly brought a black water tank, still filled with fecal residue, to be used in a family kitchen space as a grey water tank. I asked if they would please sanitize it, because tiny bugs constantly fly out of the sink drain and land on clean dishes, food, kitchen surfaces, etc. They said that they will not clean it, and that the overwhelming fecal odors should gradually go away.

Travis is the best! Extremely knowledgeable!!! I won’t use another company when it comes to septic stuff. Thankful for them!!

Made an absolute mess of my yard, driving the truck where they should not have been driving. I enclosed a photo of the damage, and requested some soil to fill in the mess that was made in the yard but they didnt respond. I even offered to do the work myself if they would drop of the soil. They arent good people to work with and have no respect for the property of others.

They contacted me about my lost I.D. Card, Debit Card, Health Insurance Card, and Hop Card, to have them returned to my hand instead of destroying them tthrough Facebook, which shows how aware the people are at the company.

Just scheduled a porta potty rental for a party and a septic service pumping. The lady on the phone was amazingly nice and was able to give me all the information I needed. We rented a porta potty from them a few years ago for a party and the unit was very clean and the team placed the unit exactly where we needed it. Highly recommend.

The driver put three large gashes in the side of my car with the lifting arm and now denying it even tho they were not there ten min b4 he was i would never ever rent from this place my contractor did and this is what I get thanx

The most inconsistent company I’ve ever dealt with. On multiple occasions they failed to show up or even call. The front office complained that their driver had to spend 11 whole minutes at our house then dropped us for being an inconvenience. “It just wasn’t worth it”. Do not count on these people.

Let me better describe their business.. The #2 is above the #1 hence the above all is unsanitary. My 3 children share a porto with one other family and noticed that the sanitary water was filled very low compared to any other ever seen.. I kindly left a note asking for more solution so flies would not be on the #2 then landing on us and all around. They toke the note and left barely any - half what was being left before. Ive been unable to make contact or leave message otherwise.
