We showed up out of know where and they took care of everything. They were so kind and helpful and everyone looked like they were working hard. Great team work. Really appreciated all their help.

That place is awesome, the employees are very knowledgeable and know their buisness. Unbeatable prices, local farm raised meats. I almost hate writing this because I want to keep them a secret. If you want the best quality meat in this area this is the place. 100% satisfaction every time I visit.

Haha wow dont go here. Just walked in and everyone there looked Ike they have never seen a human before. I then have to initiate contact to the life forms in front of me. I ask if they have brisket and the women with zero interpersonal skills proceeds to answer all of my questions about the briskets with snobby empty statements that were all obviously her opinion with nothing but annoyance in her answers. Yall just lost out on $500.00 sale. Addionally if the quality would have been there this would have became a regular thing. But apparently relationship building in this business is a foreign affair.What a joke.

Absolutely wonderful folks! First time having steers for food. Extremely helpful going through the whole process from beginning to end without making you feel ignorant. Highly recommended and affordable!

First off, my adult sons think this is the best jerky on the planet. And ask for it as birthday and Christmas gifts. So, their jerky gets mailed to Alaska and Maine! But for everyday meat needs, you cant do better. Prices are comparable or better than most grocery stores. Quality far exceeds grocery store meats. You can buy 1 pork chop or dozens. Cut to the thickness you prefer. They are always accommodating. They do what they do, and they do it well.

Very attentive. Helped me load 150 lbs of meat in the cold, pouring rain. All of the packages were well marked, and it even came with suggestions.

We had our hog parts to cure brought here since they offer nitrate free. Was very disappointed with the bacon. WAY, WAY to salty. Told one of the employees when we picked up our beef. They did nothing for me. Customer service where are you?

We had one of their country hams for Christmas. It was wonderful. Not too fatty and excellent flavor. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

4-Star is a great place to get fresh meat. I love how I can stop in and pick up any kinds of steaks in any thinkness. I also love their ground beef and ground pork. My kids and I love their beef jerky. It taste amazing.The staff are always great and friendly, even when busy. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic place to get your meat. Very friendly staff and great service, always so nice to our kids. Had the best ribeye in my life from here. They hand cut it for me while I watched, wrapped it up, gave me some tips for grilling it too. Absolutely awesome business.

The best people and the easiest to work with. We rely on them for the butchering of our animals and we buy all our smoke meat here. They have the best pepperoni and salami plus smoked dog bones

We ordered a 15 pound smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving when we arrived to pick up they didnt have our order they had to find a last minute replacement, we had to settle for an 11 pound one. The Turkey was inferior, You couldnt cut the skin without stabbing into it, big disappointment weve had much better.

Very clean and smells good. Very bright and the employees all seem happy. Ive been to two other butchers and by far Four Star has been the best. Out of the way for me but happy that my farmer uses them.

4 Star is the absolute best - hands down. Despite being busy beyond belief, the team at 4 Star consistently provides the best service and quality. Highly recommend them!

The prime sirloin steaks at 4-Star are GREAT! Tender and flavorful. Excellent priced meat and excellent quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.

They dressed a half pig that I purchased at a local Farmers Market.The pick-up process was chaotic, confusing and frustrating.They totaled 2 prices before deciding on a third price.The cuts were sloppy and inconsistent.The difference between meat bought at the Farmers Market and the half pig we purchased from the same farmer was like night and day. The sausage we picked up at 4 Star wasn’t close to being as flavorful as what we get at the Farmers Market and the bacon picked up at 4 Star smelled and tasted terrible. The consistency and quality has never been a problem when we bought directly at the Saturday Farmers Market.I won’t do business at 4 Star Meat Co. again.

Purchased some baby back pork ribs here, they were well priced and delicious (smoked them with apple wood). The staff was quick to help and very friendly.

Great tasting, well aged steaks cut to order, best hamburger in town, fair prices. Owner’s are dedicated hard working folks, staff is busy but always helpful.

They will make sure its your meat if you take X lb in. They seem clean. The mine man and woman were so nice to deal with...

This place is out of the world! You cant get any fresher meat unless you kill the animal yourself! The staff is amazing!

Horrible service and horrible place. Our pig was not hung long enough and any butcher should know how long to hang an animal. Everything tastes horrible and no amount of marinating it will save it. When we talked to the owner he refused to do anything about it. I wouldn’t even give them one star but that’s the lowest google will let me put. Huge waste of money DO NOT GO HERE!!!
