Ive used many sign companies over my career in Marketing. FastSigns, by far, outshines all the others. The staff is so friendly and enthusiastic. The turn around time from initial call to picking up the product was unbelievably quick. And the creativity...from just my initial ideas to what they developed...WOW! I like the quality of the lexan/plastic sign material - looks and feels like quality. The metal box was a bit scratched up upon delivery but your timely response to repainting and taking care of the minor things on the sign was very impressive. I also appreciated how quickly you responded to emails. Always less than 24 hours and most times within a couple of hours. I was very impressed. Great service.

Store is lacking good communication and professionalism. I had applied for a position that I felt I was extremely qualified for. I emailed directly with the owner, Peter who invited me to the next step of the application process. After 4 lengthly and time consuming assessments he emailed me back saying he would like to set up a phone interview for that same day. Great, we set a time and I sat prepared at my desk for over 2 hours only to receive no call, no email, nothing alerting me of what was going on. This felt extremely unprofessional but with everything going on with COVID-19 I decided to be patient and sent Peter an email asking if we needed to reschedule. 4 days later after not hearing anything via email or phone, I called the store to check in. After speaking with the receptionist about my scheduled interview she told me she would pass along the information to Peter. Minutes later she returned my call and politely informed me that Peter said the position was filled. Having that answered left me feeling like I wasted my time, not because of missing out on the opportunity but because of dealing with a company that lacked basic communication and professionalism. When youre spending your money or time with a company make sure you can trust them to communicate and respect your time.

The customer service was great! Joel was very professional and responsive to our needs. His suggestions and recommendations really helped us step up our marketing game. The products and production are the highest quality. I would definitely recommend FastSigns to anyone!

My experience was rocky at best in the beginning, the banner i ordered had several defects, but in the end Joel took care of the issue and a replacement banner was made that was significantly better. The rest of the metal signs looked great. Due to the fact that Fastsigns made it right and replaced the original sub-par banner at no cost, i will be doing business with them again.
