Had to replace our Hot Spring spa after owning it for over 30 years. We knew there was only one hot tub brand we would choose and that was to own another Hot Spring spa. Since we are now older and semi retired, we chose the Hot Spot TX. Its the perfect size for the two of us to relax and I love the easy way to maintain the chemical balance. I have to say I am impressed with the customer service we received from Hot Spring Spas of Eugene. The pandemic caused a long delay waiting for our tub to arrive. We were advised in advance about the long wait. During this time Hot Spring Spas of Eugene kept in contact with us on a monthly basis either with surprise chocolate in the mail or with a video from the company thanking us for our patients. I will recommend this company and their hot tubs 100%

If you want nothing but a positive experience with researching, selecting and buying a swim spa or hot tub you want to go to Hot Spring Spas of Eugene!We have made 3 major purchases from them including; 17’ Endless pool/swim spa, powered Covana pool cover and delivered today an Aria HotSpring Spa. The are there each step of the way from site selection, installation and provide a list of any of the people needed to prepare, ie, electrician, crane and cement.This is an outfit that is customer orientated and driven. They bend over backwards and go the extra mile. And, it extends throughout the entire staff. If you have a questions you are treated like royalty. Hot Springs spas of Eugene was excellent to work with. We ordered our hot tub during Covid and they were upfront with us about delayed delivery dates. They only required a minimal down payment due to circumstances. They sent us status emails regarding our hot tub production along with valuable information. Upon receiving it from the factory, they were prompt on delivery and set up. We love our hot tub! It’s easy to maintain and feels so good to relax in it after a long day. We live in a home with a small patio backyard and didn’t think a hot tub was an option. Our tub for 4 looks great and still allows us to enjoy our landscape and birds.One last thing, for those with a disability: I have a Parkinson’s disease and was worried about getting in and out of the tub. I find it quite easy. It’s important to cool down a bit before hitting the steps, but the steps are very wide, stable and the height of the tub is perfect. It does sit directly on our patio, so it isn’t elevated. You won’t be disappointed buying from this company. Professionalism is top notch! And no, I’m not be being paid for this review. They were super professional, prompt, helpful, and they made it look easy. The final price was even less than the original (super reasonable) quoted price! I was very impressed with everyone I had contact with at Hot Spring Spas and thankful we have them as a resource in Eugene. These guys are great. They sell a quality product but their customer service really sets them apart. For example, when they told us our spa was on the way we needed help clearing the area -- Scott and company did it within a business day. Once installed there was an issue with the cover not coming off completely. We called HSS, they agreed it should be rotated, and they sent the two young guys up to drain and spin it the next business day. Finally, I have called and emailed Adam multiple times and he has always given great instructions on how to fix the problems I have. We wont need another spa anytime soon but when we do we will buy it from HSS.

Installation was problem free and they were full of great information and advice on maintaining our spa for years to come (even while fielding a million questions and games from our overly exuberant 7-year-old)! We needed some salt and test strips so I went to the new location of Hot Spring Spas of Eugene on W 11th. The space is great, inside and outside. Much more spacious, airy and light. I got great service from friendly staff and all my questions were answered. We recently had our cover replaced and the at home service was great too!

Don’t buy from them and if you do don’t buy a warranty they won’t honor it, a waste of money literally recommend anywhere but here I’d be better off to buy a blow up hot tub of Walmart!!

We have an old tub that stopped heating we thought we would have to replace. They sent Steve out and he was so knowledgeable and was willing to try a repair! I recently purchased a hot tub from Hot Spring Spas of Eugene. The whole process was very quick and easy thanks to the amazing staff and the hot tub itself is exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. When I was having issues getting an electrician in on time they went out of their way to get in contact with them and we were able to work out a time for them to come by on very short notice.When it came to installing the hot tub we were forced to bring it through some rough terrain and the crew did an awesome job and worked with me to make sure we got the hot tub just where I wanted it. My main concern with getting a hot tub was getting it installed and they made it really easy!

We bought our Sumatra (Tiger River series) hot tub from Onsen (Hot Springs Spa) in 1998. It is still working perfectly and we are very happy with the purchase. In those 21 years a technician came maybe twice for routine maintenance and a minor adjustment. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly, just like the front office. We have owned a Hot Springs spa since 1998 and we still have it! This is a great product and the support and service from Onsens has been outstanding. We replaced a pump and a couple of covers over the years but with minimal expense and nobody has ever encouraged us to upgrade because the product and reliability are so good. We use our spa nightly and are great fans of the product and of Onsens as a dealer and service agent.

Weve had our tub less than a week but we couldnt be happier. Lisa and Scott were great to work with and everything went super smoothly. The install required a little extra work on their part but they made it work. Definitely appreciate the personal touch of a locally owned business.

We were replacing a tub bought from them years ago and needed the old tub removed before we could rebuild the deck. Our spa was a refurbished one. It has lights of many colors, jets, and stays hot. These spas last a good long time. Our last one lasted 20+ years and it was a Hot Spring spa. Adam was fun to work with over a period of several weeks and kept things on track. Scott came out to the house to see what was necessary for electrical adaptation. Overall, the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. They did all the things they said that they would do, on time! We highly recommend Hot Springs!

Scott and his employees were great to work with. We had a delay in court project and they were willing to work with us in terms of holding the tub until we were ready. These guys are great! I have a lot of experience with hot tubs starting with a Redwood original in the early 1970s. Recently, they delivered my new hot tub to my top deck with a crane and made me feel secure in the process! Real professionals. Service is amazingly prompt and good humored.

My wife and I bought a Hot Springs hot tub from Scott four months ago. We had contacted several other stores (before we discovered Scotts shop) and they were unable to put a hot dub on our deck in the South Hills. Scott and his crew, however had our tub installed in a few hours. They gave us a great run down on the maintenance of our new beautiful tub. The ACE salt water system is very easy to maintain. Just this morning, they came out to my house to check if we were doing OK. I cant recommend Scott and his crew enough.

I love my Hot Springs hot tub! Purchased in May, I have enjoyed soaking daily and sometimes twice a day. We purchased the Beam with the Everfresh system. The installation was smooth. Scott and crew worked well with my contractor and operating instructions were clear and simple; the tub was up to temp by bedtime. Intimidated at first about adding chemicals, it did not take long to get used to it. Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance is a snap. It has now been over 2 months and the water is as clear as the day we put it in. Thanks Adam, Scott and Crew!

Scott delivered and set up my first Hot Springs Spa in 1993, which has accompanied me in my two moves since then and was used on a daily basis. Not only do I love the quality and durability of the tub (22 years I used it!) but the design of the tub and strength of the jets are what initially sold me. When I moved a year ago, we decided not to move the tub and it was time for an update. Without question the only place to buy another tub is with Scott. The customer service is awesome and they keep a record of everything you need (when the last filters were bought etc) so it makes maintenance super easy.

I recently purchased my second tub from Scott at Hotsprings Spa of Eugene. Our old one needed enough repairs to warrant a trade in. Scott was very helpful, gave us a good trade in and a sale price on the new tub. We love our new one and got the silver ion filter for less chemical use.This business has been a solid service and sales location in the Eugene area for years. Whenever we need service, they come out right away and have always gotten it right the first time.

I requested a home visit on 2 prior occasions. I had requested another visit. All of the visits were for different problems. Scott called confirming his arrival time. We talked on the phone as I acquainted him with the problem. After several minutes of his talking me through how I might solve the problem, his troubleshooting over the phone saved me the expense of a house call. Further, with the knowledge he gave me, I will be more able to solve future problems non my own. This kind of service is rare for any business to educate their customers. After getting nearly 20 years of use in our Hot Springs Vanguard, we were ready for a smaller footprint - the Next Jetsetter with the ACE saltwater system. Its perfect! My favorite part is being able to climb in without having to put chemicals into the water 10-15 minutes ahead of time. No planning needed - just hop in! After 5 months, the water still looks great!I also love the seating in the Next Jetsetter; Im 51 and one of the two main areas allows me to brace my feet on the new deeper well while my husband is tall enough to stretch across the entire expanse. We use it almost every night as it helps me get to sleep which is often a challenge.Scott and staff were very friendly and patient showing us the different tubs, and then giving us clear instructional demos of tub maintenance here at the house. I bought my Hot Springs spa from Onsen 25 years ago. I built a backyard gazebo just for it, and they took care of the entire setup of the tub. Its been serviced over the years (of course), occasional leaks, new thermostat, jet replacements, new covers, but every time, service has been prompt and totally effective. The result is that my 25 year old hot tub is still running like new, thanks to Onsen and their incredible staff. I cant say enough about their products and their service. GREAT JOB!

Always gotten good service. Have had very few problems with my hot tub over the years, but the things that have happened I chalk up to normal maintenance that has been addressed by them in a very responsive manner. Couldnt be happier with my spa and the service I get.

We bought a new spa from Scott and Lisa at the spring show last year. We could not be happier with our purchase. Scott took the time to compare features on each spa. At no time did we ever felt pressured. We decided on the Envoy with the stereo upgrade. Shout out to my wife Theresa for letting me talk her into the stereo feature at the last minute. Worth every penny !! The Envoy was a fabulous choice . We are so happy with the features on this spa !! Also, we have had 2 VERY SMALL problems and there tech guy was quick to get out to us to resolve both times !! Super nice tech guy and very impressed with our service call experiences. Overpriced and a creepy dirty vibe. I laughed when I saw it is also a pay by the hour spa. Had no idea these things existed anymore! I was there to buy a spa, however their stock is minimal and staff is not at all educated.

We bought a used hot tub from Scott and company. The hot tub itself is wonderful, just what we wanted, and we were very pleased with the installation and service after the sale.

We had recently had major patio work done, requiring movement of our hot tub, which we had purchased a long time ago (15 years!) at Onsens and it still works great! When repositioning the hot tub a week ago it required a longer length of the GFCI electrical cord. I believed I could do this myself but, lo and behold, the tub wouldnt turn on afterwards. After failing to detect the problem, I decided I needed the pros of Hot Spring Spas! I spoke with Adam and he was able to get Steve out the same day! Fantastic! Steve remembered me from years ago from another service call and he was as competent and amiable as I remembered him to be! Steve systematically discovered the problem to be that I had mis-read the color coding in wiring up the GFIC; he simply switched the wires on the terminals and bingo! While he was at it, Steve also quickly replaced a cracked valve in one of the water lines; a small leak that I had temporarily repaired about a month ago and then forgotten about! Thanks to Steve, this will not be a problem that Im sure I would have soon had to deal with. Finally, Steve primed the pump by clearing out air in the system and it now works like a charm!! All of this is a long review to basically say that Hot Springs of Eugene does outstanding work and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking extraordinary professionalism and service in the Hot Tub industry!Appreciatively,Jim Monroe

Hot tub review-In 1989 I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. With no internet, my son, then 17, and I visited all the places that sold Hot Tubs. He helped me to evaluate all the hot tubs available to decide which hydrotherapy would be best for me. By 1991 we had look at many hot tubs. We found that most hot tubs at that time were made with a laminated fiberglass and were not insulated very well and over time the laminated fiberglass would peel and bubble.We found there was one hot tub that was different. It was made from a product called Endurol. We were told the produce used to make the HotSprings tub was fused, did not peel and was used to make football helmets. I remember the sales person banging the filter cover on the tub to show that it would not shatter, mar or break.We found the HotSprings Hot Tub at Onsen in Eugene Oregon. Since we live in a rural area an hour away from Eugene, Oregon it made sense to get our own hot tub. A side benefit is that a hot tub and all of its maintenance is covered as a durable medical expense and is tax deductible for individuals with medical problems on our tax return.HotSprings had many different models. For low maintenance we decided on the Classic. We kept in contact with Onsen through minor repairs on the tub, buying chlorine and filters. They even moved the tub when we wanted to put it in a different spot on our property.In 2015, when I saw an add on the internet about Onsen HotSprings in Eugene, Oregon. I noticed they were selling their floor stock with a $1,000 discount. We did not replace the Classic because it was not working but because we wanted to upgrade after 25 years of service.We gave the Classic HotSprings to a friend that does carpentry work for us. In trade he would finish the deck area around the new tub and where the Electrician had needed access to the electric box. Onsen then moved the Classic to his home for a minimal cost. As we had done with the Classic, we made it easy access from our deck. This means it is sunken about a foot and no step is needed to get into the Vanguard.Onsen arranged to visit our home to asses where and what needed to be done for both the tub and the change over to 220 by an electrician. Everyone showed up at the time they said they would when it was time to do the job.The tub we decided on, the Vanguard it has two motojets just like the Classic and is the same size on the bottom, but has straight sides instead of tapered to make it larger overall. The new HotSprings Spa has a lot of improvements, some of the things are additions. I still use the hot tub for my fibromyalgia as that is a chronic condition, my husband started using the hot tub daily for his knees and misses it when we are away from our spa. We are thrilled with the new tub and know it will last us for many years and if we have any problems, HotSprings and Onsen will be there.

We got great service and a great price on our hot tub a few years ago, and we neglected our lovely hot tub, they quickly came and cleaned it for us with no lecture and great customer service!!
