Gutters were cleaned, gutter on the back of the house was replaced. We dont have a very easy access to our back yard but the people from Oregon Gutter did an outstanding job of maneuvering a 60 gutter back there and installing it. I would reccomend their services to anyone. I found them professional, courteous, and I thought VERY reasonable on quoted price.

Oregon Gutter Service replaced a portion of my gutter that was originally installed incorrectly by another gutter company in town (who was unresponsive over years of calls and emails). Setting up an appointment with OGS was super easy- they text and email for ease of communication. When the estimator showed up at my house he clearly explained everything and went the extra mile to make sure I knew all of the steps of the repair. A mere two weeks after approving the bid, the installation crew texted ahead of time and showed up promptly to take care of the repair. Nice guys that included me in a few last minute decisions regarding an unforeseen but necessary downspout and its placement. This crew even grabbed a dog toy off of my roof (which had been up there for YEARS) because they were close by. My dog went bananas for it. Overall a stellar experience, easy communication, and quality work.One thing to keep in mind- they have a $350 project minimum. My repair was under that minimum, so I had the entire gutter replaced. They were running a June promo which gave me 20% off which helped to soften that blow. Money well spent!!! Will be calling them from here on out.

Oregon Gutter Service just installed new beautiful gutters on our house. It was such a fast, professional process. They came out within a couple days to take measurements and sent me an estimate that same day. We were able to get an installation date set and they came out and installed gutters on my whole house in a few hours. The gutters are a piece of art! They mold and cut them to size from flat rolls of steel at the job site. Interesting process to watch. All sides are one piece, no seams except at the corners and very little waste with that method. Best of all, no plastic! I can tell this is going to last a long time. The crew was great, thank you! I highly recommend Oregon Gutter Service.

They were able to schedule me for the next day and the representative arrived on time and was able to go over the proposal for the repairs. The work was completed the following day in about an hour. Eugene Oregon Gutter crewmen were great! They called before arriving, consulted with us as to our needs, worked efficiently to clean and add an additional gutter piece. Ive dealt with some crummy contractors but this one tops them all ! I spoke with someone in June and was given a quote. I needed to get my housed painted so I couldnt get the gutters put on until that happened. I called at the end of August and made an appointment for them to come by Oct 1st to put up the gutters this had to be done on a Monday because of my work schedule. I had contact with them at least 2 time prior to that date the last time was about a week and a half prior to Oct 1st, asking if I could get it done sooner. They said they were too busy by that point but would be there Oct 1st on Monday.Monday morning came and I called to ask them when they might be arriving and was told that my appointment was Oct 3rd Wednesday, I told them no it was today. They transferred me to someone else that said the appointment was Wednesday. At this point Im pretty frustrated and asked them why they bumped me, and told them it had to be a Monday. They said they would look into the following Monday but they had to speak with their supervisor and call me back. I waited and waited no call back, so I called them back even more upset again they said they would check into it and call me back and again I waited, no call back !I then started checking around for someone else to do the job, I found someone and called to let Oregon Gutter Service know that I no longer wished to do business with them and needed them to refund my money, and asked for and ETA on my refund. They said they would have to look into it and call me back again NO CALL BACK !! I waited until the morning a Tuesday and asked again about my refund and told them I needed the money to pay the other company and they said they still needed to speak with accounting and CALL ME BACK. Well I am not falling for that again, I told them I would wait until Friday and if the money was not in my account by then I would notify the BBB and call the State of Oregon to file a complaint.I hope they will enjoy receiving the certified letter they are about to get !! DONT GET BURNED !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUISNiESS !!!

The work was quick and done very well. Everyone I worked with and spoke with were very courteous.

The company did not fulfill the service. I selected the company because it was woman-led. I waited 10 days for them and when I called to confirm the arrival time they did not have my appointment; they found it later and gave me a 10am-1pm window for the estimator. When I called at noon for an updated eta they said now it would be 2 pm. At 2:10 pm I called the office since the estimator had not arrived. They then said he was on his way and would be arriving within a half hour. I cancelled the estimate. This is no way to run a business. Lesson learned: I wont be swayed again about selecting a woman-led company. What a disappointment!
