Outstanding service and professional work! I had just moved into a new home with tile floor that was stained with what seemed like decades of grime, dirt, and dog poop. The grout was a deep shade of brown in many areas. After Mark and his crew were finished, the tile was at least 3 shades lighter; and the real color of the grout was a light beige. I am pleasantly shocked at how clean my floors are now---and at a really reasonable price too. I couldnt be happier with the work that was done!

Great work drying my home out, I had thought it would take a lot longer too. The office was great at informing me of the progress.. I wouldnt of known what a acceptable moister levels for a home was until you guys showed me.Thanks a million billion times :)

Exceptional owners, exceptional response time and customer service!

Frauds. They give you a lowball estimate then tack on $5,000 WITHOUT apology. Their rep up and left and they didnt contact me for weeks to let me know. Horrible customer service. On top of that they defraud insurance companies. UNETHICAL AF. Run.
