Selectemp is the most sophisticated and professional employment service in the Eugene/Springfield area and possibly Lane County/Oregon. Ive worked for others and didnt receive the higher wages and steady work. They really work for you and if you represent them well, they will even work harder for you. Sometimes certain fits dont work in placements, so whatever modifications that are necessary can he made with honnest communication and attention on their behalf. I was placed in 1 job, just 1! I was there for 2 months, never missed a day and always 30 minutes early. I knew more than most coming in to the type of job. Staffing companies and employers who use them do not appreciate the people who truly want the job.I called every week after I was let go because the contract was up (funny the guy I trained was still there for a week before he quit). I called in each week, applied for positions they wanted to fill and told them I was interested and ready. But they said they didnt think Id be a good fit. So who is? A new temp who hasnt been placed at all? I really dont get it. What happened to having integrity and work ethic being valued. I called you people, every week, several times a week and was still ignored!By the time I found a job, (2 months later) then they wanted to place me somewhere.My advice, find a temp company who is for the employee and not the employer. Otherwise youll get a job 1 job, and then wait months for another

Horrible customer service! The lady in front desk is very rude and the lady name Tiffany doesn’t care about putting people to work at all! It’s all base on what she thinks and not following the guidelines! Very unprofessional and the equipment there is all beat up I recommend no one to go there until they get new staff! Salem Location is way better

I applied online for a specific job i was interested in. Within 2 days I had a video interview. A day after that I had a meeting with a suoervisor Todd Onsley. He was awesome. He had me in a position and working at the job I wanted and had applied for. Im amazed at how fast 1 wk total I was placed and working at my job site. Todd has been super helpful and has contacted me several times to see how the job was going and to check if I had any qurstions or concerns. I highly recommend Select Temp.

Great staff and they will work for you. I applied a week ago and have had over 5 offers to work. I get calls every other day. The staff is super friendly and is committed to finding you what you are looking for. They dont put you someplace you dont want to be. I would definitely recommend this place when looking for work.

Selectemp at first they were caring however now they do not reply on any emails or return any calls. There employee portal is a joke! Lastly the staff is all White not one minority. I am Hispanic but no work for our kind.Personnel Source or Staffing Partners are number one for assisting all nationalitys.

They Take like three months if not more to help you out with finding you a job. Good luck if you are trans cause your on your own with this agency. They are so bad at finding you a new job after your last assignment has ended. I suggest you find a job on your own agencies all around Springfield and Eugene are a waste of time. if i could give this place negative five stars i would.

Select temp gave me a couple jobs that weren’t fit for me so they stopped helping me for a little then after a year they said they would help me out with a job. Every time I call it’s always okay I’ll let them know and they’ll call you back. They never call me back and I’ve me sitting here waiting for them to call me back. Todd and mason both said they would help me out and still haven’t heard from them. If I could give this negative stars I would. -4

I have struggled being succesful in the work field dealing with high functioning autism and when i found these guys all that has changed for the better. Theres been a few jobs that i didnt fit well with and they have still stood with me and placed me with another employee making sure to help me be succesful. They are very supportive around these ups and downs and very up beat and clarify where i may struggle with understanding things. I would recomend them to ANYONE seeking to be successful in the work field....

Got a job 2nd. day after sign up. Just didnt work for me. Job was fairly low pay. Was almost 70 mi. round trip 5 &6 days a week. Most everyone I worked with for 4 weeks spoke Spanish on the job and most very little English. All those factors together fuel +time costs, pay and the difficulty of not being able to understand directions. Had to call in every morning at 5:00am. to see if we started at 6:30am. Or 9:00am. That is something I just couldnt keep doing. Not cost effective...

Drove all the way out to apply and sat there for 20 minutes while the websight you apply on wouldnt work. Tried to apply on my phone and that didnt work either. Wasted my gas coming out here for nothing.

I have been with selectemp as a leased employee and later moved to a new job which was temp-to-hire and the transition was very simple and smooth.

Worked for them for three months. Both jobs were a bust. Also they have not even sent me out to a job that utilizes all my skills. Also not happy with that fact they keep wasting my time and calling me about jobs with bad pay and not even remotely in my skill range. Unprofessional staff who cant even return my call when i call and leave a message with the receptionist. They havent worked with me at all on finding a good fitting job. Extremely disappointed with there performance.

Twice now selecttemp has found me a pretty good job and the staff has always been super friendly.

Good customer service but be prepared for a 1-2 hour wait time.

Worked for them, and all went well until I wanted to work a different job, after which they wouldnt find work for me, and the service became horrendous. Additionally my first paycheck has taken over a week to get processed to me because the staff entered my bank information incorrectly 3 consecutive times. I have yet to be paid. Will NEVER reccomend this business to anyone, extremely dissatisfied.

Mason kinda screwed me over, she didnt give me my job info. I called 3 times, it was great at first until this.

They got me a role that wasnt as described. Once terminated on mutual agreement, have since declined to return any of my calls and havent helped me (as promised) to find a more suitable role. Callbacks have always been an issue, having to keep repeatedly trying to call back through again because noone gets back to you. Initially happy with them based on first impressions, since then feel like I have had my time wasted on an ongoing basis.

Asked me to complete on line app. and they could start looking for work for me that day. After an hour on line submitted app. and then went to front desk to make sure they had received the app.. Was told would have to interview but no one would be around for a few days to do the interview. Set appt. for later in the week (ASAP). Message left on my phone that appt. would be delayed another day so show @ 3:30 the next day. Arrived early and told message said show up @ 2:30. Had message saved and when played was still told that I was late and was my fault. VERY INEPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Was told district manager was there because of problems but this did not even seem to help
