I live outside of Molalla and hooked up to Blue Star through the Salem office. One day I needed service and called the Salem office but was redirected down to the Eugene branch. That’s when I met Rae’Lynn! She managed to take care of my account from there and got me on Salem’s delivery route that day. She has repeatedly worked with the Salem Manager, Norm, to get my needs met. Norm is a new Manager at the Salem office and is doing a lot to bring the Eugene offices level of service to Salem’s office. Rae’Lynn and Norm are why I stay with Blue Star! BSG is now billing us for something which is their fault. Have the paperwork to prove it. Not sure how they keep the doors open.
