During an extremely difficult time Alpha made everything so much easier for us. From letting us know that they would promptly transport my father’s body reassuring us that we could arrange payment the following day, to then allow us to make the final decisions and pay over the phone. They never tried to sell us more than we asked for and spoke to us with care and compassion.

Communication was completely lacking . Said they didnt have a number to contact me for remains / death certificate to be picked up . They had already not only called me but emailed. When I called to check I was told they are waiting on Dr to sign death certificate. When my uncle went in to check he was told everything was there waiting but didnt have my number..

I worked with Shannon Wilson throughout my entire transaction, and she is so kind. Shannon deserves a gold star for the work she does. Thank you very much for being so understanding and helpful.

I would not recommend your services to anyone. Unfortunately we had a disqualified funeral director helping us, Randy VanLeuven. We received inaccurate information throughout the process... The only help we received was from Shannon Wilson & Dustin.Schroeder, after the irreversible damages were done.It is unfortunate that in a time of such difficulty we had to deal with such challenges due to plain incompetence !

When my husband died sept 25,2017it was the worst day of my life.but at alpha cremation they understood my pain and helped me thru the process and gave me information i needed to file for benifits i was intitled to.and they were very compassionate.and very understanding.I recommend them to Everyone.
