This is their attempt at applying a screen protector. Wow. Unacceptable.Also, they said they fixed my computer... That there was a virus and their software removed it and everything is fine. Thats what they said. When I got my tower back, it did the same thing it was doing when I brought it in. I managed to research what the actual problem was, and fix it myself by wiping my copy of windows and reinstalling it. A few other tweaks and now it finally is working again.Someone from the shop addressed my complaint of did you guys even do anything to this computer, its still broken with a very polite offer to bring it back and he would fix it, himself. ?However, I had already identified the problem and fixed it myself. So.Anyway- buyer beware.Not impressed. I really should get my $115 back!!

I visited their store looking for a laptop charger. They didnt have one on hand, but they took my name and number and said they would contact me when they could find one. I didnt end up purchasing the charger there as I found one later that day. I received a text after the weekend that they found one. Great customer service. Very friendly. Will be going there for my service needs in the future.

I dropped my laptop off with them and during the process of repairing it they communicated with me the whole time. They did a wonderful job and completed the work on time and were efficient! I would recommend them to anybody and will use them again in the future if I need to.

I was referred here by Next Step, who currently doesnt have the staff for fixing outside computers at this time. They are right around the corner and easy to find. The staff was friendly and helpful and the repair person was knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. he explained the problem in terms that I could understand and gave me choices about how to fix it. He was the second person I saw for the fix. The price was half of what the first person charged who didnt fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Only giving 4 star because I dont need to bring my device in to be looked at but the guy was really nice over the phone seems like an affordable option to fix my husbands PlayStation 4. Only business in Lane County is it may be able to repair broken game systems

Very happy with the service. Employees seem to be very kind and willing to work with you. Apple wanted to charge me $900 for a new MacBook Pro monitor and it was going to take 7-10 days. They fixed it for $400 in 4 days. The new monitor seems to work great so far. I will definitely be returning for all my future computer issues.

I dropped off my stepdaughters 2011 Macbook Pro which was randomly powering off. The guys at the counter were very friendly and promised to contact me in three days with an estimate. They kept their word and told me it needed a new logic board for $450. I decided to cut my losses and picked it up at no charge.After taking it home and booting it up, the keyboard wasnt working; so I took off the bottom cover and found the cable hadnt been reconnected. After reconnecting it, I looked up how to run hardware tests on the Macbook, which it passed with no issues (odd since I was told it was a motherboard problem). Then I noticed the battery wasnt holding a charge, so I ordered a replacement for $50 and that fixed the problem.As I type this, the Macbook is running on battery power for 2 hours and counting.

Great work not too spendy, a little issue with them not getting in contact with me very well, but still got the job done fairly quick. Very personable staff :).

I told them to copy my ENTIRE C drive to my spare, instead they just did an automated backup process that only took my Documents folder pretty much. I was trying to keep certain settings files for certain programs that contained TONS of presets and etc that I had worked on that I can basically never get back. Theyre also much more expensive than the nearby competitor.They also took a WEEK to PULL FILES.DO NOT GO HERE. They will DESTROY YOUR WORK.

Trustworthy, quick and very informative

My charger for my Macbook broke during work, so I drove (25 min) to these guys because they said they had a replacement for me. They did have one, but it was a cheap off-brand one that they charged me $65 for. It ended up not charging my mac properly. When I tried to return it the following week, they would not give a refund, only in-store credit, which is useless to me as I dont live anywhere near there.
