An outstanding service company. They set up my server and network.

These guys are amazing. They responded to my every need. I really enjoyed that they got back to me in a timely manner and took care of me on an emergency basis. I can think of no other IT company in the Northwest that is more responsive to their clients. This is a great business that responses 24/7. They take care of you no matter what time of day it is and if you need a hundred percent up time, you need somebody you can call. I wish I could give more than five stars! Thanks!

We use Alpha IT for all of our IT needs. When we have a problem they are able to remote in and help get our computers back up and working in a timely and efficient manner. We are great full for the whole team at Alpha IT and for all that they do including getting all of our computers up to date and implementing our server/network for the shop! We thought their rates were less than the competitors, until we looked at their billing practices. They charge in 15 minute increments, which is understandable and reasonable, except that they literally charged us 15 minutes to listen to a voicemail asking for tech service, then another 15 minutes to respond to that voicemail, with a voicemail asking for a call back. They also charged us 15 minutes for picking up a laptop after paying them hourly to fix it. They charged us 15 minutes to drop off a USB drive (with no additional chatting), 15 minutes to call us and tell us our USB was ready for pick up, and an additional 15 minutes to hand us the USB when we came to pick it up. 45 minutes (almost $100) to supply them with a USB for our information, receive notification that it was ready, and pick it up. Not industry standard practice or ethical practice in our experience.

We had a hard drive crash, but thankfully we had AlphaIT. They had set me up with preventative measures (an offsite data back up and a contract for onsite IT help) which allowed our business to get back up and running without any data loss in no time! This could have been catastrophic for a small business such as mine but instead it was a blip. Theyve even helped me obtain a new computer with a 5 year warranty and next business day parts replacement. I could not be more happy with this company and could not run my business at it current capacity without them!
