Very professional and quick.Natalia helped my 86 year old mom who uses a walker to hem up the length and shorten the arms of her winter coat. Natalia took into consideration that my mom would leaned out front when using her walker and suggested to hem the coat a little shorter in the front so my mom wouldnt trip or get it caught up in the walker. I took them a vintage wedding dress that I won’t be wearing! the seams were huge, the shear overlay was rippled, they took it out the stash in the middle of the dress without asking there’s no waist line. It looks like a tent. On top of it it is dirty. I will have to buy another dress. I’m in tears. they ruined it! I’m sure they do great with minor everyday clothing items but not a vintage wedding dress.

I work outdoors, but unfortunately the range of womens work wear is far more limited than mens. I took in a heavy canvas and wool vest. They did an excellent job, taking the waist in and adding small slits at the bottom. Even with the two layers the seams lay flat and look nice. Also it was very affordable. I will be a repeat customer.

This was my first time at Natalia’s Alterations & Tailoring. I was so delighted to find a local tailor that knows how to get the job done quickly and professionally. I had a long maxi dress that I couldn’t wear for a while since it was too long. Natalia was able to hem it and have it done to fit my schedule! Natalia is great to work with! She worked on a bridesmaids dress for me than a few months later i took my wedding dress to her and she charged me half the price I was quoted from DB and did an amazing job fixing up my dress!

Too expensive tailor shop. Just go get a new clothes better than trying to sew something for more money. TAILOR SHOPS SHOULD BE INEXPENSIVE.

USPS Carrier - had a pair of uniform pants turned into just-past-knee length shorts because the standard length uniform shorts are ridiculous. Natalia and her staff were quick with my order, and the new hem looks exactly like what comes on the standard pants and shorts. Very professional, reasonably priced.

If you have high standards and well made quality clothing I would recommend you be very specific about what you expect to see, or find someone else....attention to detail was far to lacking for me, sewing things back the way they were originally stitched didnt happen, fit was also questionable. Im having 90% of everything redone by someone else.

Didnt listen to me at all, made me pay for extra stuff to my dress that i didnt want! made it to small then claimed i got fat!

Natalia perfectly altered my dress from a 6 to a 2 for an extremely affordable price, and did two alterations to let it out just a smidge at no cost. It was beautiful. I drove from my home in Portland to Eugene for every alteration and still probably saved a lot of money (and stress that would have come from a less perfect tailoring job! :-) -- I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

Altered my bridesmaid dress super quickly!

Natalia altered my wedding dress in just two weeks. She hemmed it and took it in PERFECTLY. She also sewed in two bra cups so I didnt have to wear one (my dress was strapless) I have a coat i need taken in because its too big, I will be bringing it there for sure. She was NOT rude like any of the other comments. I would recommend her to ANYONE needing a decently priced, quick fix.

The building was nearly impossible to find along with the sign being unlegible due to it being too old you have to ask where its located and then go find it within another building it took too long to find it and when finally arriving the person did not know how to sew a simple 4-panel suit together. Im not saying her service is bad but trying to find the building with that unlegible sign is not good for business. People should also be a little bit more diverse in their techniques if you sew you should be able to so anything but if you just alter than you are just an alterationist it should be advertised as such.

I brought in a pari of paints I love because they have a unique, large cuff on the bottom. I wanted them hemmed so I could wear them in flats. She asked me if I wanted the cuff and I said yes. When I got them back, she had made the cuff an inch and a half smaller than it was when I brought them in. Despite having this pair of pants ten years, I thought I was remembering them wrong. I found them on-line and discovered it was not my memory. Any seamstress that cant pay attention to detail isnt worth it.

Natalia is awesome! She was super busy helping a group of brides maids when I arrived, but she found time to fit me and have one of her seamstresses hem a pair of paints while I waited (about 20 minutes). I also brought in some outdoor/camping gear to see if she could fix it. I had burned some holes in a fleece jacket, and a a piece of sil-nylon fabric in a compression sack had blown out. She was able to take a piece of spare fleece I provided and incorporate it into the jacket (opening the existing seems and then sewing in the spare fabric). The final result is that the jacket looked far more finished and professional then I ever could have imagined. It didnt look like a patch job at all. As for the compression sack, she again opened the seam, integrated the sil-nylon material, and closed the seam. You couldnt even tell that the sack had been repaired. Truly impressive. And the best part is that Natalia was very considerate of my deadline and rushed the job overnight. The price was very reasonable, too. Bravo!

Natalia as most others have put it, is very professional and prompt. As stated in one of the previous comments, she is Russian, and therefor is there to do your work and nothing else. Im one of her younger customers most likely, and do not find her rude, more so than just prompt and blunt. Dont take it to heart. Its a cultural thing. She hems up my pants always, and is the only one I will go to.

She is the sweetest most understanding lady. I am an Oregon native country boy who was rasied to wear suit clothes at funerals and court. I had no idea how to properly dress in suit clothes. She didnt bat an eye, told me get up there in front of the mirror and took care of business. Shes got me looking like a GQ model now, I get compliments all the time. If you need suit clothes help go here, its worth the money to get your game locked down tight.
