From the moment I purchased carpet their automated process notified me that I would soon be contacted regarding an installation date and time. Within a day they called. I received a video detailing how to prepare my rooms to receive the carpet.The whole process was professional and they were always available by phone too. The installers worked together so well for the removal and install, very detailed and professional.
