This location on Franklin saved my butt when another storage place wound up giving away a unit they had promised to save for me. I called all over Creswell, Cottage Grove and Eugene and this location was the first to have an open storage unit. I cannot speak for the other Simply Sotrage locations (because I think it might be a franchise) but the dude that runs this place is really great! Hes friendly, genuinely cares about the customer experience and keeps a close eye on the place. I always felt confident that my items were secure here. Definitely check out this place, if youre looking for reliable storage along with great customer care👍

This place has a lot of different sizes to offer as well as uncovered vehicle storage. The office just got a great new remodel as well!

Rented a medium sized unit to store all our earthly possessions while we were between apartments. Great price for the size. Super easy process all around from renting to moving out. And the owner(? Property manager? Unsure.) was nothing but friendly and helpful.

Had my things here 3 months. They are expensive. The staff is very uptight, and condescending. Plus they have a huge mice problem. All of my things were full of mice,chewed up, soiled, and several things ruined. They took no responsibility for this. Plus, they will charge you for an entire months rent if you move out on the first of the month. This place is terrible. I dont recommend it at all.

They let homeless people live in units and one lived next to our unit and ruined our stuff because of cigarette smoke. Dont use them.

These places seem pretty generic, but the staff here has always been helpful and friendly. A+++.
