They were easy going and helpful. My Dad was able to get just the car he wanted and was able to use a personal check to pay for it. Easy process, friendly (but not pushy)staff. Masks were on at all times. Good guys.

I was recently in Eugene for just a few days and had to quickly sell a deceased relatives vehicle that I couldn’t afford to take back to my home state with me - Neill and the rest of the employees here were quite literally more helpful with navigating the red tape of title transfer to sell the vehicle than the entire state of Oregon. Amazing.They gave me a more than fair price on the vehicle and helped me figure out what paperwork I needed to file, and even filed it for me when I couldn’t get an appointment at the DMV. I left same day money in hand. If you’re looking for a place to sell your car, check this one out. They’ll probably treat you better than a major dealership will, and I imagine the same goes for buying here too.

Scam of a dealer... dont take my word for it though, take a mechanic with you and they will surely get a kick out if it. Oh and even if you decide to buy something dont finance it or they will really rip you off. Neills went way above and beyond for us. Last fall, we purchased a car from them; like almost all used cars it was sold as is. No warranty at all. The very next day, it showed a very serious mechanical problem.They legally could have told us to jump in a lake. Instead, they resolved to try to repair it, and gave us a free loaner! Though the repair took much longer than it should have, they spent thousands of their dollars on it and ultimately got it to us working just fine. Highest recommendation!

I bought a car from Neills wheels about 6 months ago, the second day I owned the vehicle the alternator went out, they refused to fix it unless I pay them additional money and what they quoted me for the repair was significantly higher than the quote I received from 3 other automotive repair shops. Needless to say I went elsewhere for repairs their price $550 what I got it fixed for was ($377) . Fast forward several weeks the radiator blows, again they said nope its your problem not ours, this cost me several hundred dollars to fix and mind you I just got the vehicle. About a month goes by no real problems then the engine starts running rough, I take it to a shop and they say the rings are shot low compression, engine needs to be replaced. A total 2 months driving the car 7 grand later i have nothing to drive, but this doesnt bother Neil its my problem... he got his money and now just wants to turn things around like its all my fault not his, he swears up and down the vehicle was an absolute gem and worth every penny, he swears that his guys made sure the car was in good mechanical condition to be sold. What a joke! Really? You ripped me off for 7 grand. I suggest that you do your research on this guy he has a pretty good reputation for selling lemons.

Definitely will not go back already on the second car because the first one I got the engine was bad the intake and more so traded it in for Pathfinder and it nice but again theres issues and the there price is way to much cared to the Kelly blue book. My Pathfinder is worth 3800 and Neil has it at 9500 total Im paying is 14000 unbelievable I can go to a actual dealship and get a nice newer car for that price and pay less a month. Worst experience ever oh and I believe they pull parts off there cars and turn around and sell them cars as is after that rig it

Neils wheels gave me a chance with absolutely atrocious credit. it was a group effort since they were busy and even one of their techs helped sell me the car. I was about to have it paid off and as luck would have it my car started misfiring, ( shes 16) well unfortunately it needed allot of work and I didnt have cash up front but they gladly helped me out with getting her fixed. I have seen many bad reviews on here but I noticed if you pay your payment and treat everyone with respect Neil and everyone that works there will go above and beyond. I cant wait to pay this baby off just to get another one from them soon. I would recommend them to anyone they really do make you feel like family

Had a great experience with them. I have rough credit and they went over all my options and we found something that worked. A week later I went in cause the battery was bad. They took care of the problem right away for me despite it being an as is purchase. They stood behind their product and gave great service.

If 0 stars was an option, I’d give it! This is the biggest scam of a dealership I’ve ever seen/heard of. Purchased a vehicle from here, and within a week the check engine light came on. They took in the car to “get fixed” which consisted of them clearing the error codes and that’s it. On the drive home from picking it up, the engine light came on again. Within 2 months of purchase we had to change all 4 tires as the threading was showing on the inside (unknown until our first oil change). Within 4 months we had to replace the brakes and rotors. On the 5th month, the water pump went out, and developed a major oil leak. Through out all of this adventure, they were unwilling to work with us on ANY of the additional issues, and our only option was to “give the car back as a “voluntary repo.”AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!They will only preform bandaid maintenance to ensure everything looks to be in working order.

I think this lot was great, we didnt feel pressured to buy anything at all and they were very patient with us. They got us into an even cheaper car and in house financed. Very very simple. For all the people talking about the cars that broke right after, they DO have affordable warranties, ours is good for 2 years and we will have the car paid off before that even expires. I would highly recommend this lot to people needing a way into a car. We were denied every single place we went, and Neills didnt bat an eyelash. I am beyond happy. Thank you so much!

Bought a 2006 Chevy cobalt 3 years ago from them, really food at helping us finance, still have the car now and have never had any issues. Had 162k miles when we got it, has over 195k miles now.

Ron Lipman is the best salesman and customer service expert Ive ever dealt with at a car lot he had to redo my financing about 3 or 4 times and he walked me through three or four different vehicle until we found the best one; meaning the best price in the best fit for me so I really appreciate Neils Wheels and Ronald Lipman. I brought my car back there three or four times and had then do various small repair / help hooking up the sensor putting air in the tires helping with the transmission so it all that stuff at no charge and they had no problem doing it. I definitely recommend this car lot to anybody looking to buy used car then Ill go there first you better go there last cuz youre going to save some money

We went and looked at a car - two days later we went to put the down payment but they sold it and tried to do a bait and switch on us. They also used the excuse that only one out of the two of us had a license but the one with the license would’ve been the main driver.

Beware and be sure to get the vehicle inspected before buying. I bought a 2000 box truck and they refused to sell me a warranty which should have been a red flag. The owner Neil said it was because of how the age of the vehicle. About 100 miles later the engine seized. Took it to a shop and the mechanic told me they had replaced the original engine with a bad one, and did a bad job installing it.Suspicious about them not selling me a warranty I called Neils wheels and inquired about a vehicle that was even older than the one I purchased and asked if it comes with a warranty. They said all of their vehicles come with a warranty no matter what age.This tells me they knew the box truck wouldnt last long wich is why they refused to sell me a warranty.I called the lot, spoke to the owner Neil and he said there was nothing he could do about it.Had I read reviews on this place and read other peoples experience on the BBB I would have never stepped foot on this car lot.

They got me into my 2007 dodge caliber easy but its fallen apart since the day I got it they refuse to help with any of it after taking the car back several times and waiting hours at a time in the heat with my 1 year old daughter and and the problems arent problems I could cause since July when I got it the problems will cost more to fix then the blue book of the car or the loan I got for the car blue books 4000 and itll be early 4000 in labor to fix problems and all problems not covered under the warranty the gave me. So very not happy ide like to trade it back to them and get into something different. Heres just the codes on in the car. P0171,p0455,p2004,p2017,p0420 struts broke tensioner pulley they said they fixed still wobbles and squeaks and CV joint and bearing all bad oh and they replaced a butterfly and made it worse while his mechanic rod or Ron put lil prints all over interior of my car. thanks for your help Neil you put me farther in the whole with a car payment and car repairs now if want to make it right you could always call and offer me a trade in for something else or help fix this tin can u put me it cant lie tho sales guys are awsome tho peppy attitudes thats about all

STAY AWAY! I have had nothing but problems with these crooks. I was in a car accident and needed a car while mine was being fixed and they offer in house financing.The first car I purchased had an endless stream of problems and ended up completely dying after having it only 3 1/2 months in which they blamed me. The day I left with the car the gas gage went out, next the radio. This was all in the first two weeks of owning the car. After having the car about a month the speedometer starting to go out and was having glitches. The driver door started to not shut correctly and the driver side window felt like it was going to fall out at anytime. When looking closer at where the airbag was it appeared that the airbag had been deployed because it wasnt flush with the dash. To get to where the car died the engine blew after 3 months in which they were not willing to do anything. I have had two different loaner cars from them both had problems and died on me same day as leaving the lot with them. Once I was able to get them to give me a different car since my previous car died I am still having problems with this new one. From flat tires, over heating, and now the radiator going out after having it a few weeks. They need to be put out of business for selling faulty and potentially dangerous cars. Dont fall for empty promises from them either.
