Leaving you I bought a motor for the driver side window of my RAV4 and took it to Joses place a business for him to fix my window he says he could do it after having it for a week and a half he called me and told me that I had bought in the wrong part oh I have bought in the wrong part yes I ordered the right one well after four times he said that they sent him the same part the same exact one the same motor that he told me he was going to get another one on Monday for me I said I need my car well come get it on Thursday and Ill bring my car back on Monday or Tuesday yes Ill call you when the part comes in okay he ignored me Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday and Monday again never heard from him he ignored my text messages he did not call me back he never gave me my part back he told me he gave it to me and put it in my trunk of my car which of my trunk of my car?? My rap does not have a trunk he said he showed it to me when I got my car you didnt show me anything why would you give me the part if you were getting another part on Monday and you sent the part back why would you tell me you were gave me the part and showed me where it was if you said you sent it back give me a break?? Your business wont be in there very long because you treat customers wrong.

Jose and his crew are amazing. We have been taking our vehicles to them for almost a year. They are fair and dont try to overcharge you just because they could. I have never walked away feeling like I got robbed.

Took a vehicle in to have checked before purchase.Jose told me it needed an oil change and brakes and everything else was good.Well guess what he lied.Did not need brakes and dealer found suspension problems.Basically the owner denied responsibility for his employees lies

Fair honest hard workers. Hard to come by these days! They are moved now, tricky to find. They are at four corners (roosevelt and highway 99) way way behind the little convenience store and on the side of Eugene tire center (old building).

Low rates, terrible service. They do not leave voice mail when they call and do not return calls from customers while a vehicle is in their shop even after four days. Not okay.
