Laurence and his team are AWESOME! He made the whole process extremely easy and clear when I signed up with them. The times I have needed their help they get back to me so fast I greatly appreciate it. Personally I don’t think it has taken more than even 30 mins to respond when I have a question or concern. I highly recommend them not only for their customer service but also because they are local to Oregon. Feel great they can understand me a bit more than calling in to someone in a complete different state.
Messed up my policy putting my daughters Birth date on as main policy holder then blamed me for not catching sooner. Didnt get my policy to new loan for car and had a huge issue paying more because of it. Tried to remove my daughter and her vehicle and got the third degree. Have not been happy with my customer service at all.

My feed back is:I was mislead into believing my family had coverage, then found out that wasnt the case after I was in a horrible accident. So now my life has been turned upside down and inside out do to all this. The only way I have to resolve the issue now is through a lawyer, due to the fact that Allstate feels their hands are clean so I was told, and refuse to help me.I have dropped below part time work, due to not only missing almost a month of work right after my accident, but also because I still am unable to do anything physical or strenuous for more than an hr (at most) at a time before the pain is too bad. This is making it next to impossible to cover my bills. I have also been served a judgement for my toyota corolla due to non payment.I feel betrayed, disregarded, and abused. I trusted my agent to know what he was doing, as well as trusted Allstate to back their customer if a mistake was made by an agent that represents them.Tina
