Picked up my car today, and can’t say enough about the ease and satisfaction with this experience. They were communicative throughout the entire process, and incredibly welcoming and friendly. My car looks amazing, and I will tell anyone needing body work that this is a great place to go.

I sent in my 18 F150 for some body work following a collision. The staff were great to work with, courteous and up front the technical details of the job. The truck was back in my hands before the estimated completion date and the work done was stellar. I can’t see one hint of the previous damage and they matched the silver metallic paint perfectly. Couldn’t recommend them with more certainty! Great job guys!

I had a wonderful experience with Kendall Collision. My car was backed into and once I filed my claim, Kendall took care of the rest for me very quickly, including a rental car. The parts arrived within a day or two and my car was repaired sooner than expected. Quality work! My car looks brand new again. I definitely recommend them and will always use them in the future!

After my car was repaired and claim was submitted through my insurance company, my passenger heater stopped working after the repairs. After many calls to them and Kendall Lexus it was determined that the work could of caused the heater to stop working. After reopening the claim through my insurance company it was denied and I wasn’t compensated for the work Kendall Lexus completed. I had to do all the work and spent several hours resubmitting the claim, when Kendall Autobody should of helped and supported me on this. Don’t take your car there, they just want your insurance money and after they are paid, they are done with you. Not great service and beware of their warranty that is included after the completion of your car. Kendall company will never see a dime from me from their auto body to any of their dealerships. That is why you must go out of Eugene to get better service and a better deal on buying your car.

They did an OK job on the vehicle. Unfortunately a couple items were taken out of my tool box and thrown in the back of the bed. The only thing they stated was that they are not liable for theft. This wasnt theft. How can this happen while in their control.

They took over a month to repair my truck and claims I could have picked it up a week sooner costing me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees that the insurance company will not cover. I would never take another car there for repairs nor would I recommend to anyone. They got paid in full for below average work. Leaving me with over $500 in rental car fees.

After our car was keyed, Kendall Collision was able to get us in right away for an estimate. They were efficient about communicating with our insurance adjuster and with us during the process. Their estimate was very close to the actual bill, and everything seemed reasonably priced. The paint job was top-notch and they did an excellent job matching to our existing paint color. I would definitely use Kendall Collision in the future.

Kendall collision has a great team. I took my truck for body damage repair, they told me about what was going to take to repair my truck, they kept me informed the whole time about the process. when they called me to pick up my truck, I showed up to the collision center my truck was waiting at the door the truck looked really good, not just the exterior but the interior of the truck also was pretty clean and desinfected . I was really impressed, because I wasnt expecting to see my truck that nice. My truck is a work truck..Kendall bodyshop went a bout and beyond. I definitely will recommend you to take your vehicle there for any repairs. Thanks to everyone who made this happen I really appreciate.

The people here are the best they understand your situation and want to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I have had 2 vehicles repaired here both look brand new when these folks are done. They stay in contact with you and update you with everything they have found and when your vehicle will be ready.

Great service

I was in a minor accident and Kendall Collision took great care of me. The repair was done in a timely manner and they preformed quality work. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was not expected and much appreciated! I would recommend them, Kevin and his team get the job done!

They took over a month to do a fairly minor repair job on my girlfriends Highlander. Unlike other repair facilities, they dont bother to clean out your vehicle. They give you a coupon for their crummy carwash (thanks for giving us an errand). Take your money elsewhere. Their communication and service is sub-par to say the least. Fix Auto in Springfield is quicker and treats you much better.

I damaged my exhaust system when I hit something laying in the road. Called my insurance agent and they suggested Kendall Collision. They got my car in the next day, ordered the parts and I had my repair scheduled for the day after the parts arrived. The manager, Kevin, was fantastic. I felt like he really cared about my repair and took pride in the service they provide. The whole group there took excellent care of me and my car. Plus, the repair turned out great. Drives and sounds like new again. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Kendall Collision Center is awesome! If my car ever needs work again this is where Ill go, hands down. They did great work on my car and I didnt need to worry about them overcharging me or doing work/spending time doing things that werent necessary. I have had a couple repairs done here. Both were done quick and professionally. Kevin managed my accidents and made sure to keep me updated on the status of the vehicle. They are felxible on drop off times which was nice with a busy schedule. Would definitely use again in the future

My Subaru Outback was rear-ended. After the accident, Kendall assessed the vehicle and estimated the repairs to take about 3-4 weeks. They then provided a free shuttle ride to my rental car location.After 4 weeks, they informed me it would take another 2 weeks to complete repairs. After that time frame, yet another week was needed.When I picked up the vehicle, they told me about their lifetime guaranty on work performed.After reviewing the vehicle, I found there were a number of issues that needed addressing. There were minor scuffs that were missed and the rear lift gate was misaligned. They also did not notice the deformation of the driver seat (where I had been thrust against during the accident).I pointed these issues out to them, and they agreed to make the corrections. These corrections took another week, during which they provided one of their own rental vehicles to me.After eight weeks of total repair time, the vehicle was finally in pre-accident condition.The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. They managed the billing to the other drivers insurance without any issue (total bill was over $11,000).The work (once complete) was well done, but the delays and missed items forced me lower my rating of them.

Was treated horribly here by the staff after I was rear ended by a motorcycle. They were extremely rude and short with me and my mother and told me all sorts of conflicting information about when my car would be done, what they had to do, and how long it would take. Then when I got my car back, my things which had to be moved to do the work were in a box in my trunk and many things were broken! They ruined a very nice expensive board game that I had been given and then duct taped it together without my consent, further damaging it, and there were some things I never did even see again. This place was appalling and I am ever going there again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.

Poor management and very inefficient and disorganized. Kevin, the manger, clearly must be a charity case. The manger is incapable of spotting problems, makes me even wonder about the general manger or owner or who ever is responsible for overseeing the department mangers of Kendall. Took 4 weeks to do a 7 day job. They ordered the wrong parts, ordered parts late into the job. After they broke it down they told me it would take 7 - 10 to complete the repair after the parts arrived. I got a call 4 days after it first arrived telling me the parts have arrived and their working on it and it would be another 3 weeks, so they flat out lied to me about it would take 7 - 10 days. By the way, the job took less than 60 man hours, yet they sat on my vehicle for 4 weeks. They padded the hours, this was a 50 hour job. I know, because Ive done these type of repairs before. Rob, the person that answers the telephone said some very stupid things to me, like they work no more than 4 hours a day on each vehicle. Im like, WHAT?!!, good grief already, who was the idiot that hired this idiot?!!!Shoddy work, the door rubs against the fender. Returned the vehicle dirty and the floor was soaking wet, like it was sprayed off with the windows down.Ive been a business owner for over 30 years. If I treated my customers like this, I would have never had a business. It is just plain filthy. If I can spot these problems from this far, then Id have to wonder what other filthy bugs they have hiding that they run their customers through. If you cant value your customers then how can you expect your customers to value you?

Good people but expensive

Car was damaged in a hit and run. Kendall Collision made it look like new. If you didnt know it had been hit you never would know. They took a couple of days longer than the original estimate but it was worth it to have it done right. Would definitely use them again.

The bear 🐻 ran out of the woods, raced along side then shoulder clipped our Prius V. We are fully insured, yet I want only OEM PARTS used to repair the car. The PRIUS is100% Toyota. After repairs made. The bear 🐻 never looked back as it ran away.Thank you KENDALL COLLISION CENTER for making our Prius V whole again.PS: I purchased another PRIUS V from Kendall ; we have a fleet of 2. 😃

Kendall collision repaired my vehicle very quickly and it looks like new.

Took my truck here after someone backed into it. After a 2 month wait to get my car in for repairs, what was supposed to be a simple fender replacement turned into a month long fiasco.Visit 1I was quoted 7-10 days for repairs but received a call after only 4 that my truck was readyUpon inspection parts where installed backwards and not completely attached, decals and rock protectors where bubbling. Just a rushed shoddy jobVisit 2Same issues with the rock sliders and trim not being fully attached to the truckAnd they ordered the wrong decals which required another visitNo word for 2 weeks due to the person in charge of my account going on vacation and had no one contact meI called them to find out what the deal wasVisit 3Was told they had to take my truck to another business because they couldn’t do the job correctly on their own, when I went to pick it up the fender glue was separating calling for the 4th and final visitI brought my truck to the collision center on July 11th for a simple fender replacement and wasn’t finished until August 24thThe reason I gave the second star is because they did fix their mistakes in the endBut no one should have to deal with 4 trips to a body shop.Save some time find another shop

Do yourself a huge favor and never take your vehicle here if you care about your vehicle at all. There’s too much to write about how horrible my experience was. I will never do any business with Kendall again.

I had my 4 door Acura TL repaired twice and my Toyota Truck repaired 3 times over the past 11 years at Kendall’s Collision center and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The estimator Ron Humbert was especially pleasant and helpful to explain how they were going to repair my vehicles. I wanted to make sure they were going to use genuine Toyota or Acura manufactured parts and not remanufactured parts of a lessor quality like some other repair shops do.When I pointed out to Ron that I had some concern about my front wheel damage and possible bent steering linkage Ron assured me that they would check and repair as necessary. During this last repair process of my Acura, Ron Humbert called me three times to tell me of the progress and what they found during the repair. The whole right side of the car was damaged and I was surprised how fast they repaired the Acura and when I picked it up today the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom, even the inside smelled and looked like it was new, the doors worked perfectly and it drove perfectly on the road.I had a burned-out side marker light on the left undamaged side of the car that was burned out before the accident that I didn’t mentioned to Ron. I had been putting off replacing it because I would have to remove the battery to get to it. I was surprised to find out they replaced bulb. Their attention to detail I am truly happy with, the quality workmanship along with the service I received form Kendall Collision Center.

Great communication, did solid, like new work

We had our truck taken here on July 29, 2016 after a deer accident. it was repaired and finished Mid August my husband brought it to his daughters house in Eugene. She used it for a project without incident. On Fri Oct 28th we picked up the truck to go to Sisters Oregon. On hwy 126 still in Springfield the truck started acting strange it was jerking and sporadic. I was able to get off the hwy at 52nd st. and pulled to the side to park, the truck would not move forward or backward. The motor still ran but no movement. Called AAA and while waiting noticed a reddish fluid on the ground under the truck. We had the tow driver take it to KENDALL SERVICE. When they finally called back on Oct 31st said they notice new work had been done with subpar aftermarket parts and so the transmission fittings did not fit properly and the hoses came loose. Told him it was KENDALL COLLISION that did the work! We called our insurance who contacted the Adjuster and got them to take truck to the Collision Center to make it right. They did not finish with the truck until the 8th of November. We have since driven it to Sisters and it was fine.This whole thing was very disappointing. The Kendall systems should be connected so they know what each other has done. And it is crazy to me that the Service Center would know that the parts The Collision Center used are subpar and the Collision Center does not have the same standards yet they both have the Kendall name. Situation was VERY DISAPPOINTING!
