Great shop, very friendly. knowledgeable owner. Brought my Akai CS-F14 cassette deck in for repairs. Not only was my problem fixed, but also fixed a couple minor issues including one that I hadnt even noticed. Very friendly pricing and good work. It now works as good as it did when it first rolled of the line in the 80s. 10/10, will definitely return when I need more work done. If you rock vintage audio equipment, this is your place.

A gem of a shop .I built a Dynaco VTA ST-120 tube amp in 2011.I started having fuse issues. Kevin explained the issue was simply a matter of tube sockets .I was rolling tubes and It has been flawless since I learned .Excellent service excellent .I also bought a McIntosh pre amp .Klipsch LaScalla. JBL 2245H .2) st-70 early 60s tube amps. Thx Kevin !!!

My vintage stereo works better than when I originally got it but probably not the place if you need your stereo fixed ASAP.

Nobody would touch my ancient B&O receiver, I’d called at least four highly recommended shops in Portland and they all politely declined my business. I’m pretty sure Kevin didn’t want to touch it either, he said the same things the other guys had: no parts, no company support, tiny pain in the butt innards, but you know what? He fixed it! A nice little shop that does quality work on stereo equipment. Best in town by far I wouldnt go anywhere else with any of my equipment. Friendly service and fast enough.
