No one available for loading up truck to flatbed. For what. Should have taken less than 1 hour it took almost 3 hours. Also required bill to be paid at another location prior to picking up. Additional expenses occurred due to truck not being loaded with lift.

They did a nice job of selling my 20 years old creampuff. Got a good price and paid promptly.

Great place to get a car, truck, RV, heavy duty truck, motorcycle, or piece of equipment. Membership is required but isnt very expensive to get.

Dont waste your time here, very shady business practices and they change the rules as they please. You win a vehicle at auction only to find out later on that they declined your bid because the seller wants more money. No where do they tell you that there is a reserve price. If a reserve isnt met during the sale of the vehicle, notify us immediately before proceeding to next vehicle. Dont tell me Ive won the bid only to later on retract it.

A good place to get a low-cost vehicle, if you are not picky about a vehicle which is wrecked but still runs and drives good. heck some of these cars have very little damage to them and they have been totaled by the insurance companies. due to the costs for making them like new condition compared to the net value for the vehicles. some are really good looking, and some are just need a little bit of time and money to fix up and ready for the next step in the future of this cars life

I have won a vehicle online via pre-bids. Spent a lot of time for research, making choice and trading. After that, they pulled car out of auction and cancelled my bid. And they even did not notify me at that day!They told about it only when I called and made written request. They told no excuses. Just try on the next auction.From legal point of view, that could be a violation from auction side.In 2 days, customer support desk sent me an email:The stock# which you are providing has not yet been assigned an auction date.They lied! They unlawfully removed car from auction after I won it. And now the try to lie again!Later, I found these enslavement options of auction:Awarded Vehicle/Sale Cancellation/Release and Indemnification for Auction Errors – Any award of a vehicle to the highest bidder is subject to approval by the vehicle’s consignor. IAA reserves the right to, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice, rescind, postpone or cancel a sale or withdraw an awarded vehicle at any time before Buyer receives the assigned title.
