All I can say is WOW!!!!! This place and these guys are GREAT!!!! I had cracked my road bike frame, so I stopped in just to see if they could weld it, and possibly schedule a time to drop it off. They took it right in and had it done in 15min!!! I can’t thank them enough!!! I highly recommend you give them a call for all your welding and fabrication needs!!!

Went in and talked to Dave. Everyone is is super friendly. Had my friends aluminum ramp in and repaired next day for $60. Did an outstanding job. Highly recommend. A+

Took in a cast iron grate (for a gas range) that had a break. On the advice of a friend we asked to talk to Ryan, who came out immediately; he said he could repair it and we could come back in half an hour to pick it up. Returned about 45 min later; grate had a very tidy, almost invisible repair, cost $30. (New grate from Dacor $160). We are delighted. Will visit Mercury Equipment for future jobs, will recommend Mercury Equipment to our friends.

When I dropped off my chainsaw they told me it would be a week to fix. I called a week later and the shop guy told me lawnmowers have priority now so my chainsaw would have to wait. The guy on the counter is fine, but needs to communicate to the shop that first in and first out is standard for repairs. This coupled with the general disrespect in telling a customer that the other customers repair is more important than his, has driven me to spend my $$ elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Said I was looking for just a ball park figure, guy cut me off and says “Not over the phone. Not gonna happen.”It’s fine if you don’t give estimates over the phone. However being rude and condescending about it is unnecessary.
