My mom had knee surgery here the nurses and staff were rude. She had to take her own pain meds brought from home they never offered her any assistance they also charged for more meds after surgery this is ridiculous! my mom has health insurance fully covered meds with no co-pay they didnt even want to bring her a food tray this is the worst! hospital ever I will be filing a complaint PLEASE!!! dont go here for any reason
Hands down the best hospital. If it wasn’t for the doctors and nurses at Cleveland Clinic I believe I wouldn’t be alive. Almost 2 years ago I entered here so sick with pancreatitis and as soon as I got here the Doctors and Nurses made me comfortable. A special thank you to nurses Ashley and Jackie. Two of the best nurses I’ve ever had. They were always caring and helpful.
Dont pay attention to the two kangaroos fighting lol😂😂😂
I wish I could give this hospital a negative star rating, so many things went wrong here. Starting they have lost all my moms clothes and coat, and wont reimburse for her things unless we go out and buy the things again and then give them a receipt, that would mean I an out of cash twice so that is not a reimbursement Euclid hospital. The charge nurse and the attending nurse practioner for the floor were absolutely the worst and the bed side manor is horrifying. All I heard from most of the staff was what they COULD NOT do for my mom. I appreciate the nurses that were caring here. But alot of the service was the worst but I guess they get it from the people running that floor, The NP and the nurse manager. This floor will probably get the hospital more negative reviews if they dont do something about them soon. Take your family somewhere else. If they have to be on the third floor transfer them.
On 3-11-2021 I had surgery at Cleveland Clinic-Euclid Hospital . As all of the Cleveland Clinic branches, it was VERY clean !! Great staff, good food, everyone so so polite & tentative. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone !!
This place blew away my expectation came here with my girlfriend everybody from the security desk to the ER was friendly informative and just a great bunch of people to be around. Thank you to the heroes of the hospital and the emergency room ❤️🙏 we very much appreciate everything you did for me and my girlfriend today
The lab at this hospital sucks rocks. To bad they employ a woman who isnt fit to deal with the public. This lady was to busy trying to show herself off and how she wasnt going to go by what I said, but by what her list said. Apparently she cant think outside her small box to help a patient out. I left to go to another hospital to get the blood work done that I needed. Super disappointed.
Im from outstate and traveled to Cleveland Clinic for hip surgery. At first I thought the hospital was too old. But after my experience I was very impressed by the care and results that I received. So it isnt whats on the outside that counts its whats on the inside.
Euclid Hospital has taken good care of me every time in hospital. Whether it be orthopedic surgery or just general health related problems. I recommend them highly. The staff have been helpful.
I was recently admitted to Cleveland Clinics Euclid Hospitals SNF for rehab following a total knee replacement. I could not have been more pleased! The Staff, including my Physician & NP, all the RNs, STNAs, HUCs, PTAs & OTAs, Case Managers, Recreational Therapists, EVS Workers, Dietary & Phlebotomists were extremely kind, helpful & motivational! I felt very supported & encouraged. I received excellent therapy & was well prepared when it came to going home. The food was excellent--kudos to the Chefs! I am so grateful to have had the privilege of coming to Euclid Skilled Nursing Facility. Thank you, all, from the bottom of my heart! With grateful respect, Grace M. Carroll, LISW, CCM
My friend has had a few surgeries here and I took him to get his knee replaced. The hospital is very nice and clean. Got little lost and the people were very helpful. The view of the lake was pretty. Thumbs up!
I was transferred here Friday from Hillcrest & 2 girls from ambulance service were great everyone here at Euclid hosp. Are excellent from the lady that cleans the room to the doctors they are all great. The kitchen staff is superior. Thank everyone that came in on Easter & all days for that matter.
I was there for about seven days. Everyone was nice and helpful they saw to my needs and helped in every way possible. My case was serious but I could not have asked for a better place at that time . And I would go back.
I have never been in a worse hospital. Ghetto everything . The only food thing was the emergency room. But if admitted it turns into a nightmare its not bad enough that your sick, but the nursing staff are the bottom of bucket. If possible go anywhere else...
Euclid General Hospital truly treated me with such kindness and compassion. They were very accommodating and very very professional. They made my Emergency Room visit as hassle free and speedy as possible. Dr Lesher and nurse (which I totally feel bad because I did not catch her name) were phenomenal. Very good experience and definitely helped me form a very high opinion of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation specifically Euclid General Hospital. Also the girl from registration and the intake nurse at the front desk were also very polite and professional as well. Even the security guard and the Euclid and Cleveland Clinic Police Officers were polite and professional. If I could give more that 5-stars I would.
All at CCEO are truly the best. From interns to administrators and doctors. Very special KUDOS goes out to #99 at security a very professional Law Enforcement Officer. Keep up the good work👍😀
My experience was great everyone was nice and quick
Had a surgical procedure done here last week. Staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Very professional and courteous to me.
My mom had very good care here. We are lucky to have this hospital so close. It is an older building, but they keep it very clean and the staff are very warm and caring.
My son had surgery here, Very professional caring staff from the door man registration nursing staff cafeteria staff security to transport and DR BROOKS . The hospital building may not look like it is much but inside are some very caring staff
Usually hate euclid hospital but this time i went it was like a whole new hospital. The staff was amazing from the emergency room doctor and nurses, the surgeons and the nurses and doctors on the floors. The noticed my issue right away, the didnt ignore the pain i was in and got my issue fixed right away. My nurse on the 9th floor was Racquel and i seriously cant give her enough credit for the amazing care she gave!
I, among thousands of other Baby Boomers, was born here @ Euclid Glenville Hospital--its name in 1960--I want to have lunch or supper there on my birthday November 4th. The view of Lake Erie is wonderful from the cafeteria. I hope the food is good. I was able to see the old OB floor, as it is now Pain Management on the 3rd floor. Its clean, and the care always is given by very nice people.
Wonderful facility!! My husband had his shoulder replaced by Dr. Richetti at the Cleveland Clinic in Euclid. Dr. Richetti is knowledgable, caring, and did an excellent job!! The nusrses, and kitchen staff were amazing! This is a clean hospital and the equipment was new. I highly recommend Dr. Richetti, the hospital staff, and the hospital.
Its clean and efficient, friendly staff.
The staff was great treated me with lotz pf care and respect. attended to my needs in a timely manner best emergency department i have be to thuz far
Had surgery there twice in Orthopedic’s. Doc, PA’s, nursing all very professional, very thorough with explanations. All & all a good experience both times
Terrible staff at the cafeteria very disrespectful. Not recommended at all.
Fast service great food and friendly therapist
It was ok and i have to say the nurses and doctor were very nice
That best hospital good atecion👌👍
Whatever you do, Skip this hospital. Staff is rude. I called to ask for a patient and a staff member named AJ just out done me. I hate going to see anybody at this place because of the staff.
This hospital sucks!!!! Very. Understaffed we had to tell the dr and nurse what maybe to check for! Three days later still no answer!!! If you want results you will do better watching dr oz!!!!!
I was hospitalized at the Euclid Hospital with a gallstones attack. It felt like chest pain so I called 911 and was brought to the ER. Once there, I was transported to a room and pretty much left alone. Hooked to all kinds of tubes with both side rails up, I could barely do anything but wait. What more, a call light was hanging up on one of the side rails backwards, but no one explained to me what it was for; luckily I happened to know, much good it did anyway.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -A while later I am screaming in pain and pushing the call light button, to no avail. Then an EKG tech walks in and rather nonchalantly says, Your call light is on, and then he proceeds turning it off. I tried to explain that I turned it on for a reason - falls on deaf ears. Then he finally is done and leaves; here I am all alone without any food or drink offered. Cant even go to the bathroom with all the tubes & the side rails up, and my calls for help are ignored. This seemed to take forever.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Finally all the tests are said & done, my diagnosis is explained, and I am wheeled all the way up to the 9th floor. Once in my assigned room, I am being told to wait good a few hours for my medications. Being assertive helps, and I get my meds much sooner. This whole ordeal turned out due to the ER working understaffed - can you believe it? The floor works short-staffed just as well.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -I was kept overnight and was grateful to finally be able to go home. Had my gallbladder removed about a month later, Dr Slawinski did a terrific job on that one, hope to never land in this hospital again. I dont recommend staying in this hospital; if you can help it, try going elsewhere.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(couldnt use paragraphs on this site, try all I might, so did the next best thing)
Had to go to the emergency room at 4 am. I was greeted with nothing but kindness. I was seen and treated right away.
Horrible service... Ill advise you to not come to this hospital at all
Some of the best nurses around
Horrible, if you have any type of medical knowledge you would know this place is not sterile at all, i watched so many procedures done without gloves and you can hear so many noises from other rooms
The hospital is dirty and understaffed. The staff that is there is always laying and playing around leaving patients in cold rooms
Emergency room is very ghetto and talks about every resident in a rude matter maybe because I was across from the nurse station but it’s still un professional mainly the nurses laughing and joking about admits symptoms and conditionsAnd the ER rooms are dirty!
Best Rehab Hospital ever
My grandapa died here
