If I could 0 stars I would. I always wondered why this location has terrible reviews...now I see. The men who work at this location are ghetto and extremely unprofessional. Im african American myself but this location workers fit the stereotype people have for our race. They are loud, have you pay overpriced for furniture then when its a issue with it ..which 9x outta 10. ...they get angry. Do yourself a favor and go to Aarons!

I made the mistake iof accepting a delivery when after sitting on the couch and noticed it made creaking sounds. The delivery men said, Any problens, notify the store. They can change it out. I really liked the way the set looks and really didnt want the hassle of going through another delivery. I live in a high rise apartment building. Long story short, after a few months I noticed the creaking is worse. The set came off of their floor...not a good idea to take that one, have them order you a new set. I called the store and finally talk to the manager who says he wont replace the couch because it was brand new out of the plastic Not true and never will I go there again! They want your money for less than average quality furniture. Look around for better priced and better quality furniture. Also, when they sent out two men from the store to check out the couch they didnt call ahead as I asked. How they got into the building I dont know. They knocked hard on the door then moved to both sides of the door. So when I looked through the door peep I couldnt see anyone and had to open the door. Who does this??? Sooo unprofessional! Never again!
