I have mixed feelings writing this review. The positives are: Bob (the owner) is a nice guy and he personally came to install my countertops. They look great and the material is exactly what I wanted for a fair price, even though my quote went up significantly more than what we originally discussed when he arrived at my home for the templating. (I had sent him the blueprints w/ measurements from the beginning) The time from ordering to install was also fairly quick. The negatives are: He did have to come back a second time due to a mismeasurement, but was quick to correct the problem with a new piece of material. I am MOST disappointed because although my house is undergoing renovations, they left my BRAND NEW custom cabinets a mess! I understand having to wipe them down from dust before putting my belongings into them, but as you can see from the photos, what they left behind was beyond dust. It is especially upsetting because my lazy susan is not removeable and there is now plaster debris and paint chips all around and underneath it. Had I known how much of a mess it was going to be, I wouldve attempted to cover it. For the thousands of dollars I paid, a basic cleanup should have been included/standard practice, especially with the owner being on the job, but in my experience, it wasnt.

I had a great experience with Guru Granite. The cabinets and quartz countertops were delivered on time and at a great price. The best part about this family owned business is their commitment to ensuring they have happy customers at the end of the day, and sometimes that means going the extra mile. I had a couple of issues with work done by another provider, and Bob took it upon himself to spend the extra time to correct my issues so that my countertop installation could be done properly and on time. The staff are all friendly and we’re available to answer my many questions. I would definitely use them again.

After visiting three different quartz and granite countertops in this area, I chose Guru Granite for my bathroom project -- and Im so glad I did. Bob was personal, professional and knowledgeable upon my arrival at the shop. Guru Granite had a better selection of both quartz and granite slabs than the other two shops, and the price for the quartz slab, two sinks and installation was right within my budget. (Side note: I had been told at another shop that any quartz slab would be far more expensive than granite and at least $150 a square foot on the low end, and I was only shown granite slabs. However, my full project price with Guru Granite with a quartz slab was exactly the same as the granite slab at the competing shop.) Bob was communicative throughout the process, and the installation was completed with care on a date of my choosing. I will be returning to Guru Granite for my next project.

New to the area, Becky was referred to us by our Realtor. She went out of her way to help us choose the perfect granite for our kitchen renovation. Bob came out and got the exact measurements and layout and within less than two weeks, the installers arrived. We went in looking for ideas for remodeling our kitchen and we ended up buying not only granite for our new kitchen but we loved Guru so much we actually ordered all of our cabinets and the hardware from them too!! We are extremely pleased with the work that Guru did for our home - full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry counter. We have a huge kitchen island, 4ft x 10-1/2ft, they were able to keep the island a single piece with no seam. It was no picnic getting the slab into the home/ It was new construction without a concrete driveway or concrete walkway into the house. They were able to do it without a problem - not a dinged wall or dented floor. I would definitely recommend Guru Granite.

Granite Guru cut our current stone counters, while in place, in our house. It allowed our range and refrigerator to fit more perfectly. Becky and her team were professional and very thorough. I would highly recommend Granite Guru!

Super nice and helpful until they get your deposit. Then youre out of luck. Takes several attempts to get them to message you back. Kitchen install was subpar at best. Seams are awful and something is definitely off with the finish. They keep coming out to fix but have only tried to mask the problems not fix them. Told us they ordered a special cleaner from the manufacturer to remove the stains and marks from their fabrication and installation and showed up with Bar Keepers Friend. Might be able to do a small job but definitely dont have the skill set for a large job (ours was 102 square feet). They made a muddy mess of my house on install and didnt attempt to clean up and have walked into house with muddy shoes and acted like we were wrong for expecting them not to.
