First and last time renting here. Rented a walk behind concrete saw, got to the job before noticing the ‘aiming arm and wheel’ was missing the sight. Needless to say lining up the cuts and maintaining a straight line took a bit longer than expected. Upon requesting a discount for a busted saw, the manager told me they already cut me a deal because they weren’t charging for the fifteen minutes late bringing the saw back, as the guy behind the counter is explaining how important having that sight on the saw is to the manager. They also told me “that’s why you buy your own tools”. What is the point of your existence???!!

I am satisfied with my experience. They had everything ready to go when I arrived. The only complaint is the tent set I rented was missing a piece but they were more than willing to deliver the missing piece instead of me having to drive all of the way back to pick it up.

Avoid this business as it is my opinion that they are unscrupulous. I have rented a mini-excavtor from them before years ago with no issues, but my last experience with them a week ago was beyond awful. First they messed up my reservation as I told them I wanted a machine with a two foot bucket, but thy held a model with a one foot bucket, so there was a delay when I picked it up and they charged me extra for their mistake. The machine I ended up with was in terrible condition with dents all over it and the hoses were all torn up, cracked and chipped. They never did give me any instructions on how to run it either. When I got it to the job site it wouldnt start consistently and after running it for a few minutes, I noticed hydraulic fluid leaking from it, so I loaded it back up and headed back to Bosk. It was outrageous that they blamed the problems on me and charged me over $80 on my credit card to fix it despite my complaints to the manager and me showing them the photos I took of the damage before I even took the machine. I then had more problems with it as it did not have much power and could not pull even small stumps. I ended up not even being able to compete my projects and returned it. On the way back the trailer brakes on the trailer failed and naturally they tried to blame me for that too, but I had frozen my credit card so they could not charge me for that or anything else too. Im going to do a charge back on my credit card for the rip off they tried to pull on me. Id give them less than one star, but that is the lowest rating allowed.

If you need to rent anything... these guys probably have it. Very organized and well managed. Tons of rental equipment... very good customer service. Pleasant to deal with.

Brides Beware!! This place is a nightmare! I rented a bunch of chairs, tables, a wedding arch etc from them for my barn wedding ( totaling around $1,000). When dropping items off they had to make a second trip because they forgot random items such as table bases for the pub tables, eventually they got it all there. They were supposed to pickup the rented items on August 28th at 11 per the contract I had with them, the items were ready to be picked up by 9am ( we got to the barn super early to make sure all tables and chairs were clean and stacked). They never showed up, no phone call, no text, nothing, they just didnt come. My mom and dad waited 5 hours at the barn we rented for them and we called all three business numbers trying to get ahold of them ( including the after hours emergency number) we never got an answer. As any bride knows when you rent a venue you do it for a specified period of time, we ended up going a day over on our barn rental because they didnt show up. In fact the owner of the venue ended up having to be there to unlock the venue and deal with them that Monday which was highly inconvenient for her. They would only refund me half of the costs I incurred due to their incompetence. My mom signed the paper accepting the partial refund ( I was on my honeymoon) but honestly I wish she hadnt because they need to pay the entire amount ( and should pay for the wasted 5 hours waiting for them to show up). I will never ever recommend a bride rent from here, weddings are stressful enough without dealing with an uncaring and poorly run company that breaks their own contract and who doesnt even have the courtesy to call you!

The excavator I reserved was to have a 2 ft bucket and a long reach. The one I got had a standard reach and 18 inch bucket. I rented this for 40 hours. The machine broke twice. First a hose was installed wrong and ruptured, I replaced it and lost time. Then the thumb ram fell apart, which the mechanic that was there when I returned machine stated the owner was told it was bout to fail and he send send it out, do we can charge the customer. In the end I am told I will get my money back for the hose and oil. But the 11 hours I didnt get to use because their equipment is junk is just my problem. Stay away the owner is a boxerline thief and the sales staff has no clue as to what they are doing.

Rented a hand auger the other day. When I returned it I explained that it did not dig through anything besides freshly installed top soil. The gentleman told me that the blade was shot on the equipment. I would think you wouldnt rent out equipment that was not ready to perform.

I work landscaping and we have rented from this place many times. In recent years they have become very hard to work with .We have rented lifts on a few occasions and drive an hour away and they not work then have to drive all they way back and they still want to charge us . Just recently we rented a excavator for a job, and on day 2 it blew a hydrolic line that was not our fault. They were to busy to come and fix it and we couldnt wait, so we got a new line and instaleds it ourselves .They wouldnt reinburs us for the hose or our time to replace. We will never rent here again .To many time we have had problems and the last time was the last time that will happen .

Kept deposit after they said I was getting it back. The guy said afterwords that there was dog prints inside of it when there was no dog anywhere at the party. Only kids 12 and younger used it. Very depressing how the workers says 99% of the time you get the deposit back.
