Awesome place! Great service! I just moved up here so I wasn’t sure where to go for my truck but I’m glad I went here. I got quoted an exorbitant amount at another alignment place in another state, when I went here I was told everything was fine and got the normal alignment and great price! Will keep coming here! Highly recommend!!!

I brought them a starter thinking it was broken. They could have charged me for a rebuild, Id have been none the wiser. Instead, they told me the truth, that the starter was fine. Doing so they proved to be an honest and upstanding member of the Escanaba community.

I ended up leasing my tires the leasing company did not contact tilberts but tilberts got me in got my tires on and aligned very happy I didnt have to wait an additional two weeks thank you tilberts

Called and got a next day appointment. My car was test driven, repaired, tested again and all of this at no charge due to part under warranty. I will ALWAYS recommend and choose this garage for my needed car care!

I went in to get calibers, rotors, pads,and new tires done he came and informed me I didnt need my brakes done at all put new tires on then informed my wheel bearing going bad the were very good and helpful i would and will recommend them to anyone i know to take there vehicles to Tilberts Great customer service

We cant say enough about Tilberts! They are the best! We got new tires and a repair to the rear end of our Ford Explorer. They recommended reasonable tires and diagnosed and repaired the rear end problem correctly the first time. Great job team! Thank you!

Was passing through town on the way to Colorado. Stopped in to ask about an alignment, lady was pretty snarky telling me they were to busy to do it..... Guess she doesnt care about providing pleasant customer service since I wasnt a local that would return.....

Took my wifes vehicle there for alignment, Honest, friendly service. I usually dread going to auto repair shops but was a good experience.Got a free quote before repairs so I knew exactly what parts were going to need replacement.If you need to stop and go straight go to Tilberts.

My husband was traveling back to Wisconsin when his truck broke down. We called a friend in Escanaba to ask where to take it for repairs. Hands down they suggested Tilberts. Later, two family members asked where we ended up taking the truck and they sighed a huge sigh of relief when I said Tilberts. They claimed they were the best option we could have made. They did not disappoint! The woman was friendly and thoughtful. She asked how my mom was (I had told her I was in Marquette with my family because my mom was having surgery). And she was sincere. They had offered to keep the truck inside, locked up safe and sound until I was able to pick it up. And they did. I would go to them again in a heartbeat if needed!
