Most dishonest, disrespectful brokers I have ever dealt with. Yesterday they had 30 plus loads out of Raphine, VA and selling them to carriers as FCFS when it was appointment based. Booked a load with a rep as FCFS then got to pick up at 11am and waited until my 4.30pm appointment time that per the shipper was “set with the broker days prior.” Spent all day trying to get a hold the rep I booked it with but told numerous times “she is too busy” and “the brokers don’t speak to the carriers after booking the load.” So she completely, blatantly and knowingly is screwing carriers over and lying about pick up times just to move freight and then completely ignoring them. Honest workers don’t do that and honest companies don’t stand for that. But then again, this is TQL so what did I expect?

I will never do business with any TQL. I will tell all the truckers on the road.Very cheap and bad attitude!!

Excellent cooperation with TQL

TQL has always been great to work with. I have hauled for them all over the Midwest and East Coast. They have always provided me with a competitive rate and if a problem arises with a shipper or receiver they are quick to handle it. I highly recommend.

Not a fair company to deal with. I will never do business with any TQL location again. I will tell all the truckers on the road and truck stops not to use TQL ever.
