I inherited a ring from my mother. I took the ring to Boyle Jewelers just to have it resized. I met with Donna who advised me that the prongs holding the diamonds were damaged and needed to be rebuilt. I trusted her advice and told her proceed. I just received the ring and I could not be happier with the result. I have had four contacts with Boyle Jewelers over the last six months, and each one has far exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I took a ring to be sized on a Thursday at noon, and it was ready by the next morning at 9, despite them saying it could take up to a week. I had a pearl necklace that was given to me when I got married in 1973 by my father( who passed on 1991). The clasp was broken. Boyle Jewelers explained it was a really nice necklace with real pearls. I had them restrung & clasped fixed for a decent price. This time I just needed to get an appraisal for insurance. Appraisal was quick and easy and my ring was returned cleaned and sparkly. Previously I had taken this ring in because one of the prongs had broken. They actually recommended that I add two prongs to make it a six prong ring so the diamond would be held more securely. It turned out beautifully. Yes I would highly recommend Boyle Jewelers!

Wonderful service!! I was searching for a last minute gift for my sister. They were terrific and really helped me select the perfect pieces (bracelet and pendant). The jewelry needed to be engraved, which they do in house. With my short timeframe, they still made sure it was finished in plenty of time. My sister was beyond thrilled with her gift!!

My girlfriend took her necklace here thinking that she was missing a diamond. A nice lady greeted and helped us right away. I needed my wedding rings resized relatively quickly. Not only did they complete the job when I needed them, but my rings looked brand new. In fact, I dont think the rings looked that good when my husband first bought them 29 years ago. The staff is very courteous and professional. They have won a repeat customer for sure.

A few months ago I took my wedding ring to get a small diamond replaced. It had fallen out and the jeweler said that it would need a prong replaced as well. I thought the price estimate was fairly decent. A week later when it was ready for pickup the ring looked great. They had cleaned it so it sparkled. I put it on and took the 20+ minute drive home. When I walked in my door to show my husband I realized that another diamond was missing (not sure if it was the same one or not). They texted me to see if I was pleased and I explained what happened. They did not reply back. My husband told me to just forget about it and hope no more diamonds fall out. He didn’t want to waste any more money. They obviously didn’t want to deal with me after I texted them my problem with their service, and after reading the snooty and somewhat condescending response to another low star rating I really didn’t want to deal with them either.
