We’ve been with this company since they were Lease Zone. Pretty sure our whole apartment is furnished with stuff from this place! Cliff has always helped us out any time we’ve needed it! He and the staff are very courteous and professional but also down to earth and funny! We totally recommend this company to everyone we can! Thanks for all you’ve done for us!

Good people, nice stuff, 120 days same as cash, free delivery. Get the insurance, fixes or replaces anything that could go wrong with anything you get. If you pay up on the insurance for 1 year after you pay off the item, same terms apply and they will repair or replace if your item breaks.Those leaving one star reviews are people who likely tried to cheat the system without paying. They do ask before charging unless you set it up as automatic payments. If you can’t pay for an item, return it. It is truly that easy.

Scheduled for them to come and pick up their items on 5/10/21 they never showed. Then on 5/13/21 without my permission Or my authorization. Deducted money out of my checkings account Without permission. And the concerning part is they do not have My new debit card information. Got text message on 5/11/21 saying, its Rent to own, whats going on? Ive been trying to get ahold of you. Please call today or type pay and last 4 of your card on file to pay now. Probably is I never text back and they do not have new card on file. But some who illegally they got new card on file. So I will be reporting them. And I do have the text message saved.

Ive been with this company for a very long time and the people and service is amazing great stuff pretty much everything you would need for your home. Horrible customer service these people will harass you to no end. They will charge your debit card without permission whenever they choose to. They will harass you I received 20 phone calls in a matter of less than 10 minutes. They are a horrible company to deal with wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last company on the planet.

The first I went into the store was with a friend. I came back 3 days later and dealt with Amila. (I honestly don’t know how to spell her name.) she made sure that when I came in she helped me get the deals available. I even got to take my products home with me. I ended up needing a washer called and they gave me a great deal on a washer. I have paid off my 2 tvs then turned around got my girls 2 tablets for a great price. My washer was leaking and I couldn’t figure out why they sent someone out and they fixed the problem that day for me. If y’all are on budget this place will help you get what it is that you want and they are willing to work with you. After we pay off what we just purchased my husband wants to go in and get a few things for himself. 5 stars plus for customer service. Always willing to help.

Rented online and paid. Was NOT told they didnt serve Ohio. Now Im out some money and wasted gas. Double check before you rent.
