Had to rent a hammer drill right before closing last night because I was in a pinch. The two gentlemen working were extremely helpful at getting me exactly the right size bit I needed despite it being closing time. One of the guys even came to the job and dropped off my drivers license I left on the counter. Excellent service. Highly recommend Arts.

Scheduled a rental for a mini excavator. On arrival for pick up they refused to rent due to my license not matching the COMPANY name on our BUISNESSES credit card. This has wasted our customers day as well as ours. I wish there was a negative 5 star rating. Yall earned it. On another note Thank you Sunbelt for knowing how buisness to buisness transactions are done.

Seems like the staff were miserable at work. Not friendly at all. Wont be coming back here in any rush. Id avoid it if I could.
