Went in specificly for the chicken fried rice, and the did not have it again. I also needed a riding cart due to having a double knee replacement. It was fully charged and never made it the entire way through the store. We were only in there for 15 minutes. I never had one that lasted the entire time in the store. They need to invest

Sams club is a great place to buy quality items at an affordable price. I would recommend Sams club to anyone.

Could not find thin spaghetti, lots of sauce..But enjoy shopping.

Well first of all someone stole my shopping cart when I was in the restroom, second why is the essentials in the farthest corner of the store? Empty pallets did not allow for more than one cart at a time, the pizza did not look like a pizza crust because it was flat all the way around, the slushiest machine was out of order and I only saw a 10th overdue pregnant employee folding clothes in the Womens department! Hire more people and soon! Plan out an extra 30 minutes checking yourself out because if not its even longer :(

If you have the storage room buying in bulk from Sams Club is a great savings.

Never have I had a ruder cashier. Tried saying hello, she ignores us. When finished I said thank you, have a nice day and she ignores us. I repeated, nothing. Girl is in wrong job, customer service skills are zero.

With our family of mostly boys (seven of them) we really like shopping at Sams. We like the big All laundry detergent to keep their clothes clean. 🙂

Pleasant environment had to use customer service which is the reason for 4 stars I wish he had told me that he was replacing my misplaced card and I needed to register the now new card as he marked the old card lost or stolen and now I have no history or favorites....and the app was being a total pain.....

Prices have gone up but the selection is crazy amazing

There was ZERO social distancing going on. Masks were 100%, disinfecting the carts was great. Was super busy. Never again will I wait in line line. That app is the best thing ever!

No one really needs a review of Sams Club. Theyre really all about the same. Easy access from I-90; about 1/2 mile. Theyre still requiring masks. Gas station is about $.20 cheaper than prevailing price; of course you need to be a member.

I was able to find most of what I wanted.Store was clean.Shelves were stocked.Overall a good shopping day.

Was unable to get gas at pump that would not recognize membership card.

Employees are always more than willing answer questions and to help you locate items. Today, I had two items that I couldnt find, asked two staff members and both of them walked me to the proper aisle.

3 times in a matter of 10 days. Not only was there nothing I needed in stock. But now they insist on scanning 3 items to get out the door (I only had 4).1 person working the 1 door and like 6 to 7 people trying to avoid each other for distancing but have no choice but to go through the one door.To top it off yes you have limits on stuff while I understand that, The store should realize that in the 3 times I wasted my gas to drive the 20 to 30 minute trip, I dont want to have to come back the next day to get what I have been looking for to begin with.I gave it 2 stars and not one because the store was nice and clean, probably because most of the shelves were empty.

Wanted to add my daughter legally; was told it would cost $40. Then I was told that she could just use my card and nobody would stop her. Makes no sense to be penalized for being correct; but not penalized for working around the system.

I bought an Arlo pro 3 system in early Jan. I developed covid with pneumonia 3 days later and was very ill. After I recovered 6 weeks later I noticed the price on the system went down 200 dollars in a flyer sent to me. I cannot afford to pay extra for these types of items thats why I shop at a wholesaler. I went to the store to retrieve the difference and was treated rudely and was repeatedly told they would go broke honoring that price drop after their 7 day policy expires. This is unacceptable and deviates from my past experiences with the company ( even if return policy has been seven days forever as was told to me umpteen times that day). I guess Sams in the business of sticking people with high prices now. I will never shop here again....I cant afford it!!!

Even though you need a membership, Sams usually has it. The meat and vegetables are better then some of our other stores.

Greatly organized and covid19 clean. Was able to get in and out quickly.

The checker was excellent packing our cart. She was nice and rang it up pretty quick, very efficient.

Staff is always awesome. Usually checkout is quick.

Easy in out for Gas n groceries. In PA, no liquor at Sams.

Not my favorite day or time to go to Sams Club but I know where most things we use are so its a quick run thru and out the door. Always decent prices and they have good quality of meats.

Always a good experience shopping at Sams. Its the only club experience in the area, so nothing to compare it to. Love the ease of checking out with their app. Five star experience.

Bulk buy. Good for a family. They have removed checkout lanes and added self checkouts. Which makes the wait even longer.

A great place to shop for large/bulk grocery items, as well as other needs; clothes, household items, electronics, hearing aids, etc. I havent been in for a while, because of covid 19, the store has been rearranged, aisles now go in a different direction. While others remained the same. Longer aisles are easier to maneuver while pushing their large carts full of found goodies and deals. Staff barked at me, I was startled, to leave my cart and the cashier would scan it. Prior to, we unloaded, then a staff member put our items on the belt, now the cashier...please be kind and put up a sign. I like Sams club.

Was met upon entering the store by an employee dogmatic about face masks. Needed a medical diagnosis to not wear one! Was told by this employee if there was no one else in the asile it could be put under the nose to breathe easier! REALLY? ...I did not have a doctor diagnosis of mask phobia so had to wear one! WRONG! I nearly passed out from having something in my face! LETS STOP THE BULLYING...THIS IS AMERICA!
