Amazing service and experience. I recently moved and had septic for the first time ever. The previous owner didn’t get the septic tank pumped or serviced in over 5 years. I called Anthony’s and explained I am new on this and the last time the tank might have been serviced. They answered right away, came the same day, gave me pointers and tips. I forgot to tell them until they arrived that my cap was cracked and I needed a new one. The driver said no problem and got me a new cap and brought it out that same day. Great company and I highly recommend.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Called...left a message. Took a day to return my call. Seemed less than thrilled to address my needs. Said he would call when he was available to come out. Completely blew me off. Needless to say I called someone else who was more than happy to take care of my septic needs. Terrible customer service.

Called at 8AM and they were there by 10AM. I didnt know where the tank was located but the young man found it within 5 minutes and dug it up for me free of charge. Great price and great service

We have used their service for many years. Always satisfied. They have never let us down. Today was a bit different. I was not home, they came out and pumped us out, then called and stated we were blocked up in the house before the tank. That man went out of his way to make sure we could use the system tonight. He pulled out a snake and cleaned out the line. I was so shocked, over whelmed with gratitude that I had to give this outstanding company a just do outstanding review. THANK you, for being the kind gentleman that you are and going above and beyond just doing your job. Thank you for being a man of integrity and have compassion for your customers. Great service. Called at 10:30 am he was here by 1:00pm. Charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Made an unpleasant job as pleasant as possible. I will definitely use this service again.
