Been calling all day. I need paperwork for some testing that my daughter needs before they can start medication. So in the mean time while they take phones off hook (busy signal all day, every time)......., my daughter is struggling more and more and more in school. They need shut down...Do your jobs or dont and close doors....

I do like my doctor, Dr. McCarthy, she listens and is timely when it comes to filling my medications. However, I am unable to get through their answering service. When I select an extension, any extension, it doesnt matter which one, it WILL NOT redirect me what so ever. They need to correct this, because it is very frustrating. In fact, I am awaiting my refill right now and it still has yet to be called in to my pharmacy and I CANNOT get through to Lecom, as usual! Please correct this malfunction with your answering service. Thank you. Other than this issue, I have no complaints and would recommend them.

I love my psychiatrist Dr.McCarthy but I have nothing but problems with the office. Rescheduling appointments without my permission, multiple times of going and my provider not in the office that day without any prior contact to let me know, I called before my appointment to have a phone appointment (which I wasn’t aware they stopped them now) and I got no call back from the office to let me know and to reschedule my appointment…. So when I went to call to refill my meds, it was a ridiculous process. I also saw a therapist at this office ONCE because she only talked about herself the entire time about her husband who passed, renting properties, and tons of other things that were uncalled for.

DO NOT GO TO LECOM Institute for Behavioral Health if you need a psychiatrist to assist you with treating non-epileptic seizures, also known as pseudo-seizures. Dr. McCarthy lacks the fundamental skills and the basics for individuals that have PNES (Psychogenic-Non-Epileptic-Seizures). Seriously go else-where. Dr. McCarthys level of standard is not what it once was.I encourage anyone to learn more about epilepsy and non-epileptic seizures. The office is disgruntled and the ones I have encountered lack basic customer service skills.Erie county as a whole is a mess when it comes to mental health care.Bottom line - If you are stuck with Safe Harbor or LECOM, look elsewhere out of Erie if you can afford the drive and have the time.

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! We have tried for weeks to get a pre-auth completed for my sons medication and they never contact the insurance company or call us back. The doctors may be good but the office staff are a bunch of buffoons. Dont waste your time working with these clowns!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE I TRY EVERY MONTH TO HAVE MY SONS MEDICATION REFILLED AND THEY NEVER DO IT UNLESS YOU GO IN PERSON AND DEMAND THAT IT GETS DONE my son goes through doctor Thomas Clark it has been an absolute nightmare for us. I do not understand if he doesnt need the medication that bad that it should be refilled on time why on earth would they give that to him for over a year? This office neglects their patients horribly and considering they work with children its worse :( I advise you find ANYWHERE ELSE. This is medical malpractice if they gave my son a medication he did not need and lied to me about them.

The doctor seems ok, but you can never get in touch with anyone in the office to get prescriptions refilled. The phone always goes to voice-mail and they dont return calls.

Fantastic doctors they realy seem to care enough to get to the bottom of and treat mental health very passionate about there work covid has made there abilities less then acceptable but that fault cannot be theres alone... My daughter waited 6 months for a EEG (brain scan) as they thought she may have been having mini seziers this was right before covid caused our city to shut down i called and left messages, and even spome with nurse couple times only to never get a call back but i was unaware that there offices technically were not open wich explains alot however it took 1 hour from the time i finally got ahold of someone to go to the peach street office and pick up a paper EEG order im just confused why this could not have been done 6 months ago i mean im greatful its finally done and we will soon have results but man 6 months of anxiety and watching my daughter closley sick with worry could have all been prevented... But ill tell ya before covid they where on point prompt thourough and polite they made us feel warm and welcome honestly covid has screwed up so many things that i realy dont hold them to accountable there are things that where out of there hands that does not pertain to there abilities as drs when.the state and healthboard allow them in the office they get it done and genuinly seem to care great job guys dont let covid discourage u!! Yall are making more of a difference then you know THANK YOU!!

Great staff. Dr. Snow and Dr. McCarthy have helped me tremendously. Scheduling can be longer than Id like but its a teaching institute with residents who have other obligations. Wouldnt go elsewhere in the area.

Dr Stillman is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. She didnt hear anything I was telling her. On top of that she kept insisting that I go to detox for a medication Im NOT even, or have ever been prescribed! And then theres the people in the office, who didnt get back to me if I was still going in person or staying home for a video chat until 25 minutes before my appointment. Then at the end of the session the so called doctor told me that my hour is up and I need to leave. A waist of time!

Dr. Is only in two times a week. Even if you get an appointment you end up waiting weeks for prescriptions if there is a problem with it.
