I had interviewed here a week ago and I just got a call to find out I did not receive the invite for the second interview but I can say after reading some of the interviews that most people get upset when they get turned down I had a great experience with the girl Tarah in the front and sitting down with one of the managers it seems like it would be a great place to work. Only reason for a four star is that I didn’t get the job.

Hey I’ve been working at vencorp for the past two months I love the team environment. Being able to start at a new job building strong friendships and to get paid to do something I love is amazing. The growth is what got me most excited about the job after coming from school and simply getting a job at a factory. I learn something new everyday not only about myself but about the business I love this company. Definitely the highest paid job I’ve ever had. Cant wait for tomorrow!

A great company to work for with an high-energy, competitive team environment. They really spend time on their employees to help them develop and grow in the workplace and train you how to take advantage of all the opportunities there. The team is very supportive, and I finally have a job that I look forward to going to in the morning :)

Ive been working with Vencorp for about 2 months since the company expanded to Schaumburg and I love my position. Ive never been in a work environment like Vencorp. Vencorp is a team environment, we work as a team to help each other with our self development. Vencorp helps you set out goals and helps you accomplish them. Interviewed here yesterday. I made it to the second interview. The people there were so nice and they were having fun too. They called me back and I was not offered a position. But was encouraged to gain more experience and apply again in the future.

I have been working here for the past 3 months. I started to gain some experience in my field and after being here I think it’s somewhere I’m really going to be able to start my career! The road trips to other offices is definitely my favorite part!

Had a good internship for my three months only thing i dont like is that they are really aggressive with holding people accountable i set goals my first week there and then every day we have to do a breakdown of where we were in our progress, i was only there for a internship and they treated me as if i was a full time person i only wanted to learn sales and they were trying to teach everybody how to do training and interviews.... just didnt like getting out of my comfort zone that much

Found this company on indeed. No matter what position you apply for they try to make you a sales rep so basically the titles and job descriptions they post are irrelevant. They expect you to work pretty much all day every day. Overall I got a very strange vibe from their company, I would recommend staying away

I really enjoyed working with Vencorp I was in their human resource position dealing with all of their philanthropy projects and job fairs during my time working here I have seen a lot of promotions and it’s cool to see people doing things at such a high level that they never thought they would do before. I love the hands on training they provide!

I had interviewed with this company a couple weeks ago and it was such professional environment and I wish the opportunity worked out, but I ended up moving a little bit farther so the commute was a little long. I really enjoyed the environment and think it would a great place for anyone to work.

I worked part time as one of the account managers for the past 7 months in the smart technology department and really enjoyed the role. The office i was in (Erie, Pa) grew pretty fast they definitely are focused on growth. Went to one of their networking events in dallas tx. Definitely was my favorite part.

This is absolutely a multi level marketing pyramid scheme. Absolutely flubbed my interview and they offered me the job anyway, that was a huge red flag in my book.Went in with minimal research on the company, and even less on what an MLM scheme even was. Came out wondering how I still got offered the job, and what was up with their funky (though enticing to the average college grad) commission only payout/advancement opportunities that they described in interview.If theres any legitimate payout with these guys I garauntee youll be crawling through slime to get it.Good luck and be smart.

Worked here for a month and really enjoyed it only needed a job until i moved back home but got really good at training others. Would recommend to a friend lol

Great internship over winter break enjoyed the training very in depth.

I enjoyed working here for the time being i learned a lot in my first couple weeks i got a lot better at public speaking i only started here to learn the skills that they teach i didnt see myself staying long term because i want to become a motivational speaker i didnt wanna become a manager but the coaching that i received for it was probably the best part about it its one on one training every day and the sales were pretty easy after training would recommend to anybody that wants to be a manager thats just not me.

I worked here for the past year in the Erie location and they offered me the opportunity to move to chicago and since my family lived here in chicago i thought it would be a good move they ended up paying for all of my travel expenses there are long hours which is most peoples biggest negative but if your focused on advancing its whats necessary. And the office here in schaumburg is really nice much larger then the PA office.

Shady textbook example of a pyramid scheme. Had a marketing rep come to my house pushing Inspire Energy.They straight up lied to my girlfriend about there being no charges. Next day my electric bill has over $230 in charges for a security deposit and activation.Youll notice the reason all the employees on this page are young is because they prey on young adults and people in or just getting out of college with entry level marketing in hope that they will be to naive to know that its a multilevel marketing pyramid scheme. Theyll try pitching employees with vague promises and feel good tactics. Just like every other shady pyramid scheme they do these weird cult like training like not allowing chairs in their officeJust stay away as either a customer or an employee.

Great office space i went to the location in Chicago but they said that they have another office in erie and thats how i found this. But i went in for a preliminary interview and really liked what they had to say about their compliance manager position it sounded like they were growing but did not receive a second interview but non the less i think that the people in the office were great..... dont know what its like to work there.

Shady. This place is a pyramid scheme.. which is a shame bc everyone I spoke to seemed nice. I applied to this without doing any research on the company beforehand, which was my mistake. They are portraying themselves on social media as a perfect place to work but it lacks depth and a cohesive message. I did not like the lack of details during the first face to face interview so I blew off the second one. They have called me five times since that. WHO CALLS APPLICANTS AFTER THEY BLOW OFF AN INTERVIEW? no-one. They are desperate.

Had a great experience here for my summer job learned alot about marketing and how to be more confident. They always were on top of helping all the newer people and from my first day to last they were very hands on. The hours for my position were not the typical 9-5 but with the classroom style training it didnt feel like i was at work. My advice to management is make team night more days during the week with my schedule I wasnt able to make it very often.

I found this position on Indeed and on ZipRecuiter. Every position they advertise is a lie, you will be put into a D2D role which is 100% commission. If you think I am lying, please do your research. Ask the recruiter who calls!! the recruiter told me so!Also, look into a company called Iron City Executives in Pittsburgh. I was dragged in there a few years ago and its the same company with a different name. TERRIBLE PLACEAll the positive reviews are either fake or current employees who are brain washed!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Shady company with unreasonable regulations. Just on my first day out on the job, I was dropped off in a neighborhood basically stranded for 8 hours. Wasn’t able to bring my lunchbox with me because it would look “unprofessional” so it was fun starving all day with no break. Where we and other groups of salesman’s were soliciting, they were not permitted to do so, which lead to salespeoples getting confronted by police. And if you have to go to the bathroom(consider the conditions I’ve already listed) you better hold it, as my trainer told me. Then when the day was all wrapped up, going back to the office the trainer we were riding with got pulled over for speeding. Also mind you these are 60-65 Hr work weeks and in your first three weeks you won’t be paid for your labor there if you are even slightly late one day, absent, or even if you decide (you will) that it’s not the job for you, you will NOT be paid for your labor (arguably legal, they have that regulation because their turn-around rate is laughable) This is all taken in with just one day of being out in the field. With all that said, don’t waste your time working for such a discombobulated, in-humane company.
