Great location, great facilities and outdoor playing surfaces, multiple fields. Ice was perfect inside the arena. Plenty of space outside for lacrosse, soccer or any other large venue festivities. Recommended.

Never been here but i hate the place….couldnt find the bathrooms so i went in a bush outside….if i could give it 0 stars i would… lets just say the bush wasn’t very accommodating

Love this place! my sister and dad do hockey here, very clean!! last year my sister had a birthday party, and staff made sure we all had room! excellent!! one thing i don’t like it barely any seating and NO heat! consession 1 buck for a bag of popcorn, which is AMAZING!

We went for the reptile event. An had a great time for little money. Good family event.

I really enjoyed the reptile expo today just thought it was a bit crowded which made it feel very warm in there but it was still a great set up and a great place for an event.

I drive a truck and I delivered the flooring a match for the cheer event. I hope the event went well and everyone enjoyed themselves

Both of my kids play hockey here. The facility is great. Two rinks that are cleaned between use and several locker rooms for players. There is a nice gym upstairs, but we already belong to another one or would consider this one.I can’t speak to the conditions of the other sports facilities offered here, but I know a lot of parents with kids in soccer leagues seem satisfied with that as well.

1. The basketball floors are dusty and slippery our team paid $500 to slip around like we were wearing skates2. The staff was rude they like to play Mr. & Mrs. authority they boss people around and don’t appreciate the business you give them3. I started playing sports at the sports park when I was 7 and I have seen nothing but decline since early 2000s4. If things don’t change and they continue to lack appreciation for their customer then They will not receive future business but they won’t care because they don’t seem to value your business5. A service rep reached out in response to my one star rating which I appreciated she asked how things can be improved and I believe that she will continue to follow up with customers and continue to make the customer experience better

This place is so great. It has 4 indoor basketball courts and 2 indoor soccer fields. Outdoor basketball and many more things. The dorms are great.

Okay place to have a tournament. Multiple fields in one location. Surprised by the condition of the indoor field! Also, bathrooms ran out of paper products way too soon. Not good post pandemic

I have been going to the Golf dome since the weather has been cold out, and Dave Smith has been nothing short of helpful. Nice to learn a few tips from an actual pro, good atmosphere and never too busy to where you cant just relax and focus on golf

The fields are nice but my only complaint was the field numbers arent marked so if youre not familiar with the complex then its hard to find what field youre on.

Great hockey rinks.

Great facility for skaters and basketball players. Not as great for the spectators of those sports. Basketball at least has some bleachers but the two rinks are essentially standing room only. Not a terrible thing, but a bit rough for people who may not be able to stand for an hour at a time and/or those with kids. And you may have to share the spectator area with a birthday party cried. Also, its legit cold in the skating area, as in not even the occasional space heater that youd find in most rinks. Of course, most rinks have some seating that would lend itself to a space heater, so.... That said, this is a nice facility. I also posted this same review for Family First Sports as that name also came up at this address. Not entirely sure which is which.

Erie is fortunate to have such a great venue for Hockey.

Freezing in the area to watch games, no bleachers- just a couple fold out chairs and couches. Netting that also makes it very hard to see. Players love the rink! Viewers- not so much 😔

My family had a lot of fun here. We went on an open skate day. their bathrooms are conveniently located on the main level and upper level. We also have a sitting area in the upper level for parents or anyone else to relax. They host birthday parties. The place is also very clean. The only downside is they dont have any kid walkers for on the ice.

The phone number provided does not work. Also dont count on the times listed on the website for any scheduled activities. Your best bet is to show up randomly and ask the workers what is going on and when, and even they barely know.

Went here to play basketball, the courts aren’t bad, but the blue ring around the outside of the courts is dangerously slippery. I fell twice, and saw multiple other people fall too. I’m leaving this review not to discourage anyone from going to play here, I am just hoping that management does something about this issue before someone gets hurt.

Was just here for a volleyball tournament. The place is neglected. The volleyball courts are filthy. There is mold and cobwebs on top of cob weds on top of cod webs. Just look at the windows, the filth on top of filth on top of filth covering the courts. And the concessions... hot dogs and nachos?! This place is very obviously poorly managed.

Very COLD. No seating for viewing. You can stand on the glass or go upstairs for overhead view. Overhead has nets all the way around

Hockey rink area is nice, but the indoor soccer field is a mess. Rest rooms are disgusting. Had to walk to the ice rink area anytime my kids or I had to use the rest room.

Took my whole family to an open skate, great wholesome family activity. friendly staff helped fit us correctly for skates and even helped my son to move on his own. Thanks again guys

Well its the first time Ive been there since hockey took over the soccer fields. Looks pretty nice. You can tell they put some money into the place, although it seems the courts out back could be given a little TLC.

Honestly really sad. It looks like it had great potential at one time, but is now lost. Theres remnants of a climbing course, mini golf and go kart track. Theres also an old dried down pool right at the entrance. We were there for a soccer tournament. While the fields are ok, they seem irrigated, theres oddball little piles of gravel on them, notably field 15 in front of the net. Overall this place needs a capital injection for some much needed love. Could use more bathrooms, given the crowds.

For the most part, I love this place. It’s clean and since reopening, the staff has been wonderful! Except for recently, I walked into the facility and when I walked in, there was a person at the front desk and her name tag said Rebecca. She did not acknowledge that I even walked in and I noticed she was standing by the front desk on her phone. There were others in the lobby that she was not paying attention to or greeting. As I said, most of the staff members greet me & always ask me how I am. I love the facility and all of the things to do. She is my only complaint.

Went to lacrosse tournament was leaving and went to use restroom but the doors were locked. When you have an event like this you keep your facilities open at least a half hour after it is completed for the day. There were still games being played on the fields when I left. Whats up with that.

Terrible service, changes price day to day. Employees have attitude, and bathrooms aren’t very clean. I will say that I did hit a grand total of 100 career threes, so the hoops are in good shape. I will only recommend this place if you have money to blow. Rims are also getting a little crooked

Once again they change the day pass price on us. We show up with 5 dollars in hand as that was the price we paid the previous two times and they proceed to request 8 dollars this time. Management is terrible and should figure out there pricing instead of changing it every other day. Also clean the basketball courts so I feel I got my 5 or 8 dollars worth.

Based solely on the golf dome: we went to hit some balls and it still wasnt ready after the dome collapsed. Web site indicated it was open. Three of us drove there only to find it still closed. Contact said he had nothing to do with the website. Within minutes, the website was updated. Go figure.

It’s a Friday night at 823, dropping my daughter off and there is a line of atleast 30 people. Poor management and organization. I don’t understand why they didn’t start before 8. It’s a waste of money.

I went here for a friends birthday party and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Its nice to see a place for fun and family.

Nice but they need a heating system and seating. Also I personally cant watch from upstairs because of the black netting ( gives me a headache)

Thought they were supposed to resurface the courts because they are terrible. Very nervous that I might tear my ACL every time I play. Put on the bright side I bang 3 pointers which is why they get a 2 star.

Our son plays hockey here 2x a week. Each week they state that the kids have 2 locker rooms. There roughly 40-50 kids who play. When we arrive, even though they have 2 rooms listed, they never unlock the other room even though it is never in use. This causes the kids to get ready out in the rink area. There is absolutely no way 40-50 kids plus, at least, 1 parent per kid can fit in one locker room. When the staff is approached, they are rude and act like you are bothering them even the manager!

Great arena

You wake up at the crack of dawn to go to drop in hockey before work. Just to get there and there is no one to be found. The locker room that is on the board is locked. The lights on the ice were not on either. I waited for 15 minutes and then left. Horrible!

Awesome place for kids. It will keep them busy,. I suggest bringing your own football, basketball, etc.....you could be waiting otherwise.

Went to the golf driving range first time there and it was a nice place.

I was there for a volleyball tournament and the place was dirty. The floor was very dusty and there were dead mice spotted under the bleachers. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper early in the day. Concession stand was non existent.

Usually alot of fun but not this time, there was no staff for the Drop in Dodgeball and when I talked with the manager she was dismissive and rude. Next time ill make sure the guy who runs the Dodgeball is there before paying for the 4 kids I brought & losing out on my money.

Family First Athletic Club is a great place to workout utilizing everything from free weights to machines such as Hammer Strength, along with treadmills and other cardio equipment. Best price around as well!

Theyve done a nice job putting the ice rinks in. Basketball courts are ok. Hoping they reno those in the next coiple years. Easy parking. Nice facility!

If youre a hockey spectator, bring a heavy coat. Many days in winter its actually warmer outside. Staff seems disorganized and misinformed.
