I got ahold of this guy late one night after spilling water on my laptop. He got me right in and informed me on the more cost effective route. Which was to buy a new one since the extent of the damage was unknown. He was informative, professional, fast working, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to someone in the future.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say. My laptop was knocked over so that not only the frame got messed up, but the screen itself was cracked all the way through, and less than a week after bringing it here, it was fixed, works perfectly, and looks as if I just bought it (Which is great because I’ve got college classes going on and need this thing working). I definitely recommend this guy if you’ve got any hardware or software issues going on with your computer, or if you have any questions about computers in general.

I must say that I have dealt with many computer repair companies over the years, but Peters PC Building and Repair has earned my loyalty going forward. What I thought was going to be a catastrophic failure turned out to be corrected and repaired much easier than any of us anticipated. When he said that it was a technical problem he had not encountered I was sure that was the end of it. It wasnt a challenge at all for this whiz! He is very quick, thorough, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this business for PC repair and advice. My hard drive failed on Sunday. I called Allen Peters on Monday and I am already writing this review on my PC with the new hard drive and Windows reinstalled and updated. Allen is very knowledgeable and professional. Never once did he try selling me something I didnt need, nor did he price gouge me. I told him what I wanted, he gave it to me. He was up front and open with all the cost. When some of packages got lost in shipping he was on top of it, updating me as soon as he was. Geek squad cant hold a candle to this guy. My rig is a big, beautiful, beast and I couldnt be happier. I will never trust anyone else with it. Allen is my dude.
